tasty food, bad workers, rude, and aggressive, i was there one time to take my food home, they didn’t allow me to use the toilet and women there were rude and treated me bad, second time it was a late time coming back from berlin to kiel, wanted to eat something, ordered a Döner the guy was very rude and aggressive and told me we’re not using card and took the Döner from me and said go find yourself an another place with a sick look, i have never had such situations anywhere i have been to

This is the best lovely restaurant which we fond of after visiting a lot of restaurants in Germany. Atmosphere, Customer service and especially foods are sooo excellent. Very good management as well. Manager assists same as other co workers.

Good food with good taste

Noisy, lazy stuff. I waited so long, people after me ordered. Why? Because I’m not german and not turk? Didn’t say: hallo. But to other said of course. I was angry and walked to waitress. Why customer ignored and need walk to waitress? Is it my job?

We (2 people) had to wait a few hours for our train. We chose this place but the food was horrible and the service too. We were taken to a small table with 2 little chairs. When we asked to be changed to a table with sofas we were denied twice. The tables with sofas were often being occupied by 2 or 1 person at a time. There was no reason for denying us the change, but they still refused.

Amazing huge meals. Very tasty and a perfect authentic Turkish food. The rates are reasonable and the location is just perfect and easy to find. In 14 euros one can get full easily.

I tried their mix kebab platter and melav kebab. Quality was top notch. They also served a decent amount of food. Good value for money.

What a hidden Gem! Was looking for some food at 10:30pm and a nice Syrian boy showed us Sultans and what a find! Incredible food, beautiful restaurant thats open late and lovely staff!!! Highly recommended. 5 stars is not enough

Very nice restaurant and nice service staff Ayran is fresh and the kebap was very good. It tasted very healthy somehow and not too salty. Very light and the bread looks selfmade and also very tasty

It's convenient and quick food. It's not over the top or something but it made us full and didn't taste bad. We were there pretty late and the guy serving us at the takeaway counter forgot multiple times what we ordered and even needed our help to know what we need to pay. It's good if you need quick and nice food or if it's too late to get something in a restaurant.

The lamb chops were amazing and delicious beyond comprehension. Service was very nice and accommodating, would definitely recommend!

It's really quite and pleasant place. The food is very tasty with reasonable prices. I really loved the tea it's really tasty. I also tried Ayran drink and its delectable handmade Ayran.

Best of the Kebab in Kiel. That was awesome. And service is good one. Interior design was great. Covid-19 arrangments is implemented in here.

Great Halal Food, I tried the Iskender Kebap, the kunefeh and chai. Good portions, great taste and loved it. Would definitely recommend.

THIS is 2nd time when I am visiting sultan then and now the food is always awesome.. I choose this place cause its serve halal food and its being very tasty always. The staff here is very energetic... this time I ask for a spoon but its not come to me. I thought she didnt understand english. But at last she came and said she forgot and apologies with a very nice smile.. I do understand its a human error cause of busy hour.... I will keep coming on weekend insaallah...

Sultan's restaurant is one of my favorite halal food points in Kiel. They have very reasonable price and sitting environment is outstanding. Their staff is also very friendly and sometimes you gets complimentary hot drink.

A very good experience,,food was halal and very good,,ambiance is great,, service satisfactory,, no complaints overall,,it's located near the cruise terminal, so enjoyed lunch there with family after colorline cruise tour from Norway to Kiel...recommended

The place is very neat and clean. The food is good l, they have plenty of vegetarian options and it is at a prime location in the city centre in the häuft Bahnhof. Must try!!
