Just got the most professional and friendly service from the manager. A mistake was made but it was handled so well that I will always support this Spur. It is all about customer service. We all make mistakes, it is about how you handle it. Well done!

The service is excellent the manager(irine) goes an extra mille for customers the food is delicious thats why i come almost every week.......

Been there a while ago. Ordered 5Roses tea , to be told that its not available , they are out of stock. So , opted for a cappucino with cream. Received normal filter coffee with cream on top. The waitress response was thats how we fo it. ???!

We were there this Saturday, the service was beyond horrible after addressing it with the manager he told us that we would get a call from them which I never did, we waited for our food over an hour people who ordered after us received their food before we did. The cherry on top was the lady who was given precedency treatment over everyone she ordered the same food as us after us but she received her food before us. We literally had to leave because our child was crying because of hunger. After asking for our food to be canceled I told the manager that I am going to write to head office about this incident. He offered us discount the food that he gave us was cold the service left a bitter taste in my mouth we literally choose that specific spur because we knew that other two tend to get busy and hectic at night we literally had to feed the baby on the go because we had to go to the hospital.

Service slow but great atmosphere

Manager George and his team, always try to make patrons feel special. Cannot fault the food. Our favorite SPUR branch out of all 3 in Klerksdorp. Well done & keep it up!

Realy good

We waited half an hour to place our order then another hour for our food. When the food finally arrived our plates were cold. Our food was spicy instead of plain and the chicken was undercooked. When we were done eating the bill was brought to us(We wanted dessert). Very poor service and very disappointed!

It is me and my husband's usual spot but I have to say today was the first Time I left upset,, waiter was brilliant but we had an issue with our pork chops being under done,, waiter took them away and advised that manager would be notified , manager then passed our table taking the chops to the wrong table leaving the plate there till the waiter notified him that he took them to the wrong table,, he then brought them to our table no apology of any sort but we are told he made them more well done(which we took he meant they were already well done so he has no idea what we are complaining about) , I instantly lost my appetite and packed my food to go, we ddnt want to cause a scene or anything so I did let the waiter know we were not happy with how it was handled,, the operator or senior Manager came to apologize which was appreciated,, but the damage had already been done with the lack of care shown by the manager.....

Dinner to Die For !! What a night well spend! Dined at this fine establishment the other night with my friend. Can easily say it was one of the best meals I've had. To start we ordered the Crumbed Mushrooms as a starter. Delicious to say the least and the tartare sauce is out of this world! My Chicken Schnitzel topped with my favourite cheese sauce was to die for. My friend’s T-Bone Steak was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious ! Overall one of the best meals we have had in a while!!!! Show less

The reason why I keep going there for more isn't only the delicious food, but also the fun play area for my kids. Spur has always been my favorite family restaurant since I was a toddler and still is! 🥰

Food delicious, their sanitizing and distance definately needs some attention. Customers walk without masks to the bathrooms or when they go outside. First time and last time.

The service was ok, but the kitchen was terrible. They took extremely long to make food even when it was a quiet time and when the spicy wing arrived it was very hard, chicken should not crunch when you eat it.

Disrespectful waitress, i was ordered to go wash my hands in the toilet when i requested a finger bowl. I didn't even eat the food. Its sad that people are still being judged according to their appearance. The service SUCKED!!! really.

I had the pleasure of being served by Masego and I must say the service was exceptional. Masego was very friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met throughout. I ordered a full portion portion of fish and chips, delivered by Mr.D. Order: #DFD174954464 on 28 September 2023! Nice fish, but no chips! Called up Spur Nebraska, supervisor / manager was very apologetic. Offered to bring me chips, but that would take too long for me, sorry. My question is . . . Where is the supervision? Come on man! Food is expensive!!! Its a ridiculous mistake. How do you close a box of fish and SEE no chips? Are they blind?

We arrived and waited to be seated. 5 Employees walked past us and just plainly ignored us. Some other employees argued so much that they made the majority of the restaurant uncomfortable. After we have been ignored we decided to walk away. Then when we where almost at our vehicle they just shouted "Hey" I proceeded to go back and wanted to talk to a manager the lady informed me that she is the manager (this is one of the employees who ignored us!) We are loyal Nebraska spur customers but after this incedent I'm going to warn EVERYBODY about this reataurant!

VEGAN FAVOURITE!! Absolutely a 10/10 experience. Very satisfied with the food and the service. They were happy to assist and accommodate my request. The beyond burger is a winner!! You will never miss the taste of meat or feel left out if you're a vegan at spur!! Truly the best!! Highly recommend Spur to all my plant based friends (especially the beyond burger), also to all the meat eaters, please try it. You will not regret it!!!
