Guys really now... The friendly Telkom guy said you’d send us an SMS giving us the info to update the WIFI router location, 30 min after the installation... it’s been nearly 2 days... What’s happening? You’re going to loose business if this keeps happening. Please. Jack up?

We have tried all ways to transfer our Telkom landline. So we were told by the operator at the call centre to visit this store. Which is only 250km away. So today was the day. Excuses excuses. The system has a problem. The store is not authorised to help. The system has timed out. Another dept that went up in shambles.

Have been waiting over a week for a wifi rooter for our business. I haven't received feedback when requested. We where told that it takes up to working days, a week later no rooter, using mobile phone for a hotspot and internet café to print everything.. This is really bad !!

They upgraded me. But now my Sim doesn't work anymore. And the phone they gave me can't even use basic Google apps.

Absolute pathetic service. Untrustworthy staff (Immanuel and Kabelo) and branch manager (Siya) . Only empty promises to get back to you after 2 visits to the shop to just get a profile updated. I would absolutely not recommend this store.

I left a plastic that has a box of phone and I'm trying to contact the store number it's not going through please update the working numbers but I'll go there tomorrow

Absolutely pathetic service!! The Caucasian man currently working there is so rude and cares NOTHING about his customers. I can't believe this branch is still open! We drove 400km just to reach this branch and all that they could advise was to call the call center, after I've been on the phone for 2 hours with the call center and they advised me to go into the branch. Really pathetic branch who would not help you at all. Just travel to another branch because I guarantee that they will help more than this one.

The service was brilliant....the moment I enter inside the store...help was waiting for me....right away..
