Loved their service! There were many patients yet the staffs treated very well. It took sometime tho but its totally understandable with surging cases. Staffs were friendly and patient, good job!

Wonderful experience with poliklinik shashta. Dr.Ruban is a wonderful surgeon and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Even though it takes time, totally understandable with surging cases on delays . I am so glad I chose poliklinik shashta and would highly recommend to anyone 👍

Went for RTK testing and this clinic is indeed unprofessional and not efficient at all. The queue system is a mess and the staff told us to park the car at either way for covid test, but in the end they only did the test for the side that is nearer to their clinic and nobody informs us. We were told to go back for our results after 25 mins and when we reached, the staff told us to wait again. In the end we waited for an hour more, 3 hours plus just for a RTK test, a terrible experience, will never go back

Worst service by lady doctor. Not even 2 mints she checked me and said wait outside. Somemore gave medicine which is I don't need. I don't suggest anyone to come here.

I usually came here for treatments for my family because panel clinic. But today, i receive bad service from the counter. After meet Dr , staff said my name was not on the list of panel. My compumed apps showing no issue at all.But Why didn’t staff check upfront regarding panel before meet Dr?? You should tell customers, we can go other clinic. You ask to pay to claim ourselves but no receipt were given. I need to come back to clinic to claim receipt and MC also not given. Need to ask also. And staff didnt even say sorry?? no manners

went this clinic yesterday. swolen under cheeks bone due to sinus. 5min diagnose. but medicine given works well to me. alhamdulillah today i gain my smile painless🩵 service by staff so good. friendly.
