TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Made a reservation via OYO website to stay at RS Hotel Kluang for 2 nights. Made payment directly at the hotel only to realise thereafter that we were not allocated to the Premium King room that we paid for but got a lower class room in a Standard Double (room 104). Received no satisfactory assistance from OYO (gave us a wrong email address to lodge our complaint by a Mr Syed) and never gave us a proper resolution (by a Miss Jecy). To make matters worst, the male “clown” receptionist (probably named Nazri based on tag on the counter or even Rafie based on tag on next day) was rude and shouted at us claiming that he doesn’t care and he is going to resign. He refused to direct us to his hotel manager and was a total display of his unprofessionalism. He threw/slammed the hotel phone at us which was totally uncalled for. All these awful experience happened past midnight and we were still at the reception at 1+am. Ended up taking the inferior room of no choice as it was late and we were tired. Room is small with torn bedsheets and stray hair on bed. Tissue box was inflated with styrofoam foam to mask the limited tissues provided. Bathroom was flooded despite a careful shower. Will never come back here again and I do not recommend anyone to stay here either (I had stayed here before in March 2018 but service has dropped way TOO MUCH). Total ripoff!!!!! RS Hotel and OYO, you had better buck up your services if this is what you do for a business, else face to shut down forever.

Overrated hotel. Stains all over the bed sheets and hair that is mostly from previous guests. Smelly towels, noisy fan in the restroom, no soap. Check in was very long, around 30 mins for the two of us only. No breakfast served at the hotel. Small rooms and low standards low cost place.

The location is good. Close to food restaurant, eateries, banks, pharmacys and kluang train station. Everything is walking distance. Parking space also provided by the hotel. In terms of room, room is tidy and clean. Breakfast is provided by hotel, they sub it to the restaurant next door. The option for breakfast is limited. Recommend to experience breakfast at local shops rather than with the hotel.

Great place to stay.. Stayed in the deluxe King and a superior queen. Both rooms were clean. Parking is roadside parking but the hotel will provide the parking coupons. Overnight there is a security guard who will check on the cars too.

No hot shower as the hotel claimed. Dirty bathroom. Bad service attitude. Wifi very weak. The price is not worth it. Overrated. Very regret. No next time.

Town center location, easy to find, good service, ample of shops nearby. Clean lobby, attentive staff. Not sure is it the norm on Kluang hotel, the staff will help u place parking coupons. The rooms facing alleyway might be noisy at night as their kitchen is directly below.

so far so good, room not big n have a weird pillar at center of the room lol, value for money, staff super friendly n helpful, the only complain is the pillow n comforter have hair wax smell other than that all OK

The cheap room rate plays a big part in my rating. Our twin room while functional, are too small if both person has a large luggage, it is obviously gearing towards a short stay trip. They have a water dispenser and a PC at the lobby for use which is a nice touch but their wifi are patchy as all our devices took some time to get it connected and when connected, the speed are not impressive.

Spacious and cleab room, smooth check in, need to pay RM100 as deposit.. lots of plug points, tv channels (but no channel for cartoons), got lift and place to eat nearby

Water heater not function even though stay in deluxe room, fridge not function as well

This is the first time i have faced hotel without bank account! They asked me cash or touch n go or ask me leave in midnight . The team not helpful and impolite something wrong with this hotel

Very friendly staffs, and the room is reasonably clean

Clean hotel for quite expensive looking at the size of the room.

Nice and will stay again if comeback to Kluang

Price a bit high RM 140 as a 3 star hotel.
