TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE!!!
Made
a
reservation
via
OYO
website
to
stay
at
RS
Hotel
Kluang
for
2
nights.
Made
payment
directly
at
the
hotel
only
to
realise
thereafter
that
we
were
not
allocated
to
the
Premium
King
room
that
we
paid
for
but
got
a
lower
class
room
in
a
Standard
Double
(room
104).
Received
no
satisfactory
assistance
from
OYO
(gave
us
a
wrong
email
address
to
lodge
our
complaint
by
a
Mr
Syed)
and
never
gave
us
a
proper
resolution
(by
a
Miss
Jecy).
To
make
matters
worst,
the
male
βclownβ
receptionist
(probably
named
Nazri
based
on
tag
on
the
counter
or
even
Rafie
based
on
tag
on
next
day)
was
rude
and
shouted
at
us
claiming
that
he
doesnβt
care
and
he
is
going
to
resign.
He
refused
to
direct
us
to
his
hotel
manager
and
was
a
total
display
of
his
unprofessionalism.
He
threw/slammed
the
hotel
phone
at
us
which
was
totally
uncalled
for.
All
these
awful
experience
happened
past
midnight
and
we
were
still
at
the
reception
at
1+am.
Ended
up
taking
the
inferior
room
of
no
choice
as
it
was
late
and
we
were
tired.
Room
is
small
with
torn
bedsheets
and
stray
hair
on
bed.
Tissue
box
was
inflated
with
styrofoam
foam
to
mask
the
limited
tissues
provided.
Bathroom
was
flooded
despite
a
careful
shower.
Will
never
come
back
here
again
and
I
do
not
recommend
anyone
to
stay
here
either
(I
had
stayed
here
before
in
March
2018
but
service
has
dropped
way
TOO
MUCH).
Total
ripoff!!!!!
RS
Hotel
and
OYO,
you
had
better
buck
up
your
services
if
this
is
what
you
do
for
a
business,
else
face
to
shut
down
forever.
