Very good service, bought a three-pieces fried chicken set through drive-thru, and found that there were only two pieces when I reached home, called to tell them, the manager was very polite, and finally they compensated three-pieces fried chicken with the fastest speed. I can feel their sincere and will continued support.

Good food but slow service. Plenty of parking

After a long time not coming to this McD. They already redesigned all the dining area into Modern concept place. All the staff were friendly and well trained. May be packed during peak hour. Maybe you may improve where the staff need to deliver your food to the table. Since I figured some of the employees is look confused where to deliver the food to the customer table. Overall is outstanding.

It's the nearest spot to have food once you leave, Mersing jetty and head towards KL. Service is quick. Food is the same taste, no changes. There are lots of free parking outside and also with drive-through.

Service is good BUT at times @ Drives Thru, they prepared the Ice-Cream Con too fast or early, by the time u reach the collection point, it melts and they wont changed new ice-cream cons for u even requested 🥵😡

Requested for table service. They did it very well. But then i went to the counter requested to exchange our chicken from rib to thigh. I can see my chicken on the counter and they did nothing. I waited for almost 10 mins and asking is there any thigh. It's okay if there is no chicken thighs available at the moment. They should be telling me directly without ignoring me.

The interior has a very 70s and 80s diner feel.. very apt for the very young crowd. Not much of an al fresco dining spot. It was rather small. There's an indoor playground. Not 24 hours but opens till late past midnight.

It's a decent place with drive through. The most disappointing factors are: service time and hygiene. Service time is surprisingly very slow which is opposite of one of McD's winning factors over other fast food - in any countries. Longest dine in, waited 55 minutes to get my food. The second worrisome factor is environment. They leave food at counter top without a care, flies already started "dining" before paying customer, it can left as long as 20-30 minutes while waiting to complete order. If you order ice-cream or hot coffee, uh-oh, it's melted and cold when finally reach you. It's been years this place started and yet no improvement. Hopefully this helps the management of this place to finally wants to make some changes.

It was 12am kiosk machine was all down, all staff was inside kitchen talking, I was line up with other customer more than 10mins without any ppl entertain us, the worst Mcdonald I ever visited

First time drive thru mcd sangat2 mengecewakan. Order spicy cheese burger. Dapat spicy sos sikittttt sangat and the worst part is patty hangus. The worst mcd ever.

Today is my 4th time. Every time I order through drivethru there will be missing items. Today I ordered few items together with 2 pieces of chicken and Nasi lemak set. Since I’m always unlucky, I parked my car at the side and checked the items I received.. as usual one of the item (Chicken) was not there. I left my nephew in the car and went inside to get my ‘missing item’. Once reached home, my mom opened the Nasi lemak box and found there’s no sambal for it 🤦🏻‍♀️ Haizzzz… she ate the Nasi lemak without sambal. I don’t know why, I always have this kind of experience with McD drive thru Kluang. Please check properly before handing over the food to the customers. Tq.

Everytime when i come here order, the service is very slow. Almost need to wait half an hour to serve the food come. Not recommended eat at here, Mcd at town there better a bit

Drive Thru system this morning is suck. It’s a fast food restaurant, should bring the convenient to the customer, but order via Drive Thru have been wasting about 15minutes, WTH.

Chinese New Year now, clouded, screan shown "now serving" our number half an hour ago, but adter waiting 1 hour our food still not yet delivered, and counter said not yet preparing our food. Many customers can't get their food after ordering and waiting for long time, very messy.

Service very slow.. girls inside working so slow and they love talking instead of doing their work... Want a pay but wont do the job.. what is this? almost 1 hour waiting for only 1 burger

Very slow service....had to almost wait 20mins for them to prepare my meal. I would suggest there should be some kind of complimentary if service is slow or more than a certain time period...food was good but became cold due to wait.

Food choice is a lot, and nice location But too slow on drive thru service, workers is a lot, but efficency is far more not enough to handle with incoming customers. Waste time to queue

Love the wide open space outside the restaurant There are ample parking lots. There's a section for kids parties. Nice alfresco area as well. Service is acceptable staff were friendly.

The design of the parking flow is a concern. The drive-thru long queue will block the entrance and exit of the visitor parking lot, hence some driver give up and turn away. The inside is spacious and clean. Food maintain to quality. Order using kiosk is easy and payment using eWallet is convenient and contactless suitable for this pandemic time.

Order Spicy deluxe thru self order kiosk . But in the end they don't have it. Counter offer with Double McChicken or McChicken with 4 pieces nugget. Kiosk didn't reflect that they don't have Spicy Deluxe. A bit disappointed.

Ordered teh tarik but received plain hot water , I think they forgot to put teh. So poor service
