This is the first and last that I will be visiting this clinic. After reading all the comments here, the one star review are all true. Despite the effort by the owner to reply back to those comment, I dont see any improvement being made by the owner. As for my experience, the process for registration and to the doctor was ok. But then the waiting time for the dispensary was unexpectedly very long! There were 5 staff at the counter but they took a very long time to settle the bills for one patient. not sure what are they doing there, but if they are doing sometthing else, please prioritize the patients instead of your administrative task! Your staff dont even have the empathy to see that the patients are waiting for the medicine and they are very slow at it. Its not on the doctor side but the staff at the counter that are not effiecient. Advice for people who want to visit here, if you cannot wait for the slow service, go to other clinic.

The treatment is definitely good BUT the service is definitely not satisfying at all! I get it that there are a lot of patience and we need to wait! But this is way toooooo much! At least the staffs can let us know that it will take certain time or gv any sort of information! We even took appointment! What's the point of having an appointment system when you don't follow it! The doctor was also very RUDE to my mom who was in so much pain! She just informed in a very normal tone that we waited for a long time! But doctor got triggered and replied very rudely! Totally disappointed!

Came with trust but return with very disappointed..the worst clinic I have attended..patient book information was taken & didn't return and now it missing & the blame was fall under the patient..She had trusted the doctor that you will return or keep her book safely when she hand over to you..when we both out of that clinic we didn't see your staff put any book in the medicine beg expect the appointment card..& our mistake was forget to ask back the book on that time.u should have ask the staff who attended us yesterday inside of giving us reply that we missed the book.. Hi Dr Deepa, saw your reply..1st the patient was harshly to your staff? seriously?? Your staff only attended us to tell that the book was not here if got we will keep it without go to your place and check..once we tell that book is not with us & can you ask to the lady doctor that attended her then she went to inside.. 2nd you didn't attend us if we didn't request to meet you in second time we came & ur explanation is all about the book was not here if got we will keep it same as what ur staff told us before she do the check.3rd I was not rude & bang the door please le doctor don't said something that I didn't do..I only ask you about what should we tell to the government hospital about the missing.then i leave quietly because i know there is not use of talking with you & your staff when you guy already have mindset to put blame on the patient.

Sorry to say this this clinic have very bad service. We bring our dad for Parkinson disease. Today we waited from 8.30am until 11pm but blood n urine result not given. Even my dad blood test was taken one month ago in this klinik. At last, the doctor call n said to my dad after 11pm that you are healthy, "after this no need to come this clinic n take medicine in GH SEREMBAN. I have more patient to treat". Is this the way Dr, spoke to patients? Very bad service.

Had a headache and flu, and planned to get checked and get MC for the day. Went in, saw 3-4 other patients and thought it’d take 30-40 mins the most. Ended up waiting for 1 hour and still hadn’t been called, and in the process, seeing other patients coming in and out. Now, I would not mind if I had anticipated this with, for example, a numbering system of some sort. But there wasn’t, and neither did the registrar informed me beforehand that I’m about to wait for that long. I’m further appalled by the response given by the nurse when I simply asked when my turn was, and she replied defensively saying I need to stay until my turn. My suggestion, get a ticketing system, so people could anticipate their waiting time without the same frustration that I had.

Worst service ever. They don't even call my name after two hours of waiting. There's no numbering system. Other people came late got call first. Staff are so rude to you. Won't even say sorry, or explain politely. Such a relief I don't register this clinic as a panel clinic for my company

Clinik look big but no proper system. Have to wait longer. Worst then gh waiting hours. Staff rude the one in blue uniform. No name tags on staff so unable to tell the staff name. Just another curious that day I see a different doctor but my MC (Medical Certificate) not signed by her. It was the owners chop in the mc why it is so? I should get mc from the doctor I consulted.

Having fever for 3 days and thank you klinik sai deepa. The staff was friendly & efficient. The process was smooth & fast. The doctor give good consultation. Most importantly, open 24/7 so can go there at night after work hours for treatment & mc leave. Thank you.

Went for my vaccination today. Warm welcome by the department staff who greeted me with smiles. Also to Nurse who administered my vaccine without any pain! And last but not least DR Deepaneswari, for her consultation and professionalism which was exceptional! It was a pleasant experience overall. Thank you 🙂

Indian female doctor is very nice to treat my son for caugh and given the gas for him. I'm visit in the might time. I feeling very thankful.

All staff are very friendly and easy going. the service was very fast and efficient. The doctor also giving helpful consultation. It open 24/7 so feel no worries if got sick during the night. Keep it up!

All front staffs were good. Timing to be called within acceptable frame. The female doctor plan of care was good however poor communication being delivered. we asked further clarification regarding patient condition but her answer look very mean, unhappy to answer our concern, not that we asked to much btw. This is patient right🙏🏻.

I went to the clinic to take X-ray today, and it didn't matter if I took it two or three times. Then I paid 85 yuan and took the X-ray. When I got back to the car, I found that they didn't return my IC. I went back to get it right away. When I wanted to go back to pick it up, they didn't give me the IC and told me that I needed to print the file again and that I would go back to the car to pick it up. He took it back and told me that he needed to take one more shot, but he just didn't get it right. Shouldn't you have told me earlier? There was a nurse in blue who had a very shameful attitude and didn't even apologize. This is a matter of principle. I gave you money and you gave me a bad report but you still don’t apologize and you still think it’s my problem? I asked him why he could give unphotographed items to customers? Her entire face stinks and she said that if she doesn't get the IC, we will call you and ask you to come and get it? Do you have any service attitude? Do you have any attitude as a nurse? You give people things you haven't taken pictures of and charge them for money, but your attitude is so bad. The two nurses in pink should be new here, but they shouldn't give them things they haven't taken pictures of. customer.

The service of the staff was terrible last night..can he raise his voice to ask what we came to do..because he brought a sick child and is lazy to serve, please change the staff who are not polite...

Slow slow I swear it's slow for 5 hours I'll wait inside and not be called then the counter won't be able to speak. I'm angry
