My wife and I ate here for the first time. I have never seen so much variety of food on a Buffett. The steaks were good and the other meats pretty good. They had lots of vegetables, salad options, bread, and many desserts. The staff were all friendly and everything was clean. Nice place to eat if you are very hungry!

Haven’t been to a buffet in so long due to covid but got to enjoy this one while traveling through Knoxville- and what a treat it was. Everything I tried was good from the vegetable to the bread to the meat. The place was quite busy on a Thursday night so all of the food was always fresh and hot and hadn’t been sitting there too long. Despite the hope that covid is almost gone now that everyone has caught omicron… (hopeful!) they still had good safety precautions in place.

This was everything that Golden Corral is supposed to be and usually isn't. Complete variety of anything that you can think of, and every drop of it is excellent. I no longer have teeth, and the only thing I couldn't chew was the hush puppies. My wife tells me they tasted wonderful too. The fried fish was flaky, the baked turkey was moist and wonderful, the chicken was falling apart, the salads were everything including a complete salad bar, I have nothing bad to say about this experience except the building was too full, and by the end of my meal so was I.

We've eaten here several times as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) and the food has been excellent every time. Everything is flavorful, seasoned well, and there's plenty of variety. My picky 5 year old devoured the ham, which is a pretty big thing for him. Prices are very reasonable as well. We only paid $30 for lunch! The photos are in the middle of eating, I forgot to get before pictures of plates, but we always leave full and happy.

I want to start by saying. I usually don't eat at a buffet. I think it takes away from the food quality. My opinion was change when I ate here. The food was fresh and good quality. I wish there was one in my town. The staff was on the younger side when I was there. They were polite just a little uncoordinated. I really like the greens I couldnt get enough. Who ever was on the grill was doing an awesome job with the steak perfect medium. The dessert line had so many choices I panicked and got my go-to carrot cake it was delicious. You do have to walk by the huge salad bar. The best part was I didn't expect to pay such a reasonable price.

By far the best buffet experience I've ever had in my life! The food was fresh, well prepared, and stocked perfectly. Presentation was unparalleled! Staff were attentive and very polite not to mention proud to be apart the team! Ambience was terrific and inviting! Our table was clean as well as our utensils and the plates also. The price was unbeatable by any standard. The steak was great. The ribs were good. The chicken in every capacity was phenomenal. Deserts were awesome. Salad bar was outstanding and great variety. They had a plethora of fine foods to choose from making this an adventure of taste and enjoyment! This is my favorite place now and I highly and truly recommend this establishment for all of you for every occasion!

It's a buffet but it's a really good buffet. Save if you are a senior from 2-4. Home style cooking with lots a choices ... Even has sirloin steak and fried chicken livers.

5+5🌟 Wow!!!!! Came down from Chicago, and visited family in Knoxville. I have to admit, the steak from their Grill Master was really really good! And I've had steak at some of the biggest steakhouses you can name. I've seen some of the reviews from certain individuals, complaining about how bad everything smelt? Is that a word or a fish, lol! When someone gives negative reviews on almost every place that they've attended, that's a psychological issue! Anyway, their pork was delicious, their pulled chicken was delicious, their pulled beef was delicious, their barbecue was delicious. Their salad bar was delicious, their mashed potatoes were the real deal! The myriads of vegetables were done just right. You could put 500 Golden Corrals together and the food wouldn't be half as good. Endless sweet tea, endless soda, I wish I would have been more hungry when I went. Some places you can pay 50 or 60 bucks for a 20 oz ribeye, here, you can get your strip steak done just right, very tender, and grilled to perfection, then eat as much as you want! 20 oz 30 oz, 40 oz, 50 Oz however much you can hold. All for 20 bucks? Man you can't go wrong! I wish they had one of these up where we are from, lol! And, like I always say, clean bathrooms, clean kitchens! Dirty bathrooms, go somewhere else and eat! These bathrooms were spotless. 🥩🧋 We came back, September 2nd 2022 👍

Update: I came back for another meal and the place was much cleaner and the service was even better. I'll tell you for my money it's the best buffet to get steaks at. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was here. The steak was so tender and juicy. I've dined at really nice steakhouses that didn't compare to this buffet. The drinks were always replaced before we needed them and the staff was friendly. That being said cleanliness at the tables was an issue and the dishes weren't cleared until the check came.

Wonderful atmosphere and food heaven! The food was fresh and so delicious! The waitress was polite and not pushy. The gentleman cooking steak was also helpful when requested rare steak. Hands down the best buffet experience ever! I would say they are the BEST buffet around!

Found this restaurant by a google search. So glad we stopped! I would go out of my way to come back to this place! So good!

Amazing buffet!! The steak was flavorful and juicy. Also breakfast and dessert items! Good old fashioned home cooking with things like fried okra and cornbread as well. The staff was friendly and well trained. It was super packed around 1 pm and was kind of hard to find parking.

Same category in high price as Golden Coral but worth the price. It has a much better quality of food and service. The food was fresh and tasty. Can't give a specific food as everything was good. Not a huge quantity of desserts though. We will be back but not right away. The service was friendly. Made for a nice Sunday drive and eat out. The best time to come here is after 5 pm and before 6pm as it slows down.

We love to eat here. The buffet is always fresh, well stocked, and delicious. The staff goes above and beyond the very best service. We have never had a bad meal or bad experience dining here since we discovered this gem 7 + years ago, and have made the almost 2 hour one way trip several times just to enjoy the amazing food and service!

Food was good, but nothing stood out as great. Service was excellent and staff was friendly. Table and silverware were dirty/sticky. Probably will not eat there again.

It was not good. All buffet items were warm but not hot. The cost was $22 each adult after tax and nothing great. The sirloin and the rolls was only thing that I enjoyed. Sirloin was actually good, so I give them that. It’s a trough and food is lackluster. I could say that $12 is the value of the experience, but $22- nope. Service was good but all they do is provide drinks and refills plus remove plates.

The roast is awesome and the fried chicken, BUT the mashed potatoes and gravy are not good both times I've tried them and with me if those 2 aren't good, then I don't just want meat.. Wish they'd make the mashed potatoes like golden corral does.. and the gravy..They need to add a turkey gravy and greatly improve the brown gravy. The corn bread is not sweet at all, the cookies nit good..nothing like home made..and the carrot cake and chocolate cake look good, but sadly weren't good.

This was our first time visiting and it was a little disconcerting that we were seated without any info. It was hard to figure out who was an employee and who was a customer. However, given that it was a buffet one of us stayed at the table to give our drink order while the other went to the salad bar. The food was very good and we would definitely go back if we are in the area. The carving station was more of a, "it's cut, serve yourself", but the steak was very good.

Definitely a great place to go eat and enjoy some time with family and friends. Serves are great very intensive not overbearing or pushy just right. Every time I come to Knoxville I stop and eat here at least once. Food is always good as well! Id definitely give it. If I had to read it and it was a 10 star rating I would give it 15 stars!

There's nothing I hate more than for someone to ask me a question and then turn and start talking to someone else. This was how we were greeted, by the manager on duty. I normally don't go to ANY type of buffet restaurants, but I had taken a friend here because that is where he wanted to go for his birthday. As you can see by the pictures, all of the meat products were burnt. There were hardly any hot vegetables on the buffet. The selection of different food was below par. The waitress was nearly non existent while we were there, we saw her twice. Once to bring our drinks and then again to bring our check. Someone had a German Shepherd sitting in the booth across from us that growled at my friend. It didn't have a service animal vest on and the person was obviously not blind. When I payed the check, the cashier asked how everything was and I told him that it was between horrible and appalling. His reply was, "We get that a lot". To top the entire experience off, I had diarrhea for two days afterwards. I don't think I need to say it, but avoid this establishment completely!!!

We ordered off the menu and just got the salad bar for a small charge. We did enjoy our food and thought our service was very good. We were put off by the walls and floors being so dirty. Because of this, we won't go back. It was just not clean which made me question the sanitation of the kitchen and cooks. Gross.

I adore Austin's. The food is fresh, the stations are clean, and the service is always on point. This is a great buffet for the price, and most importantly, the food tastes great. Everything is perfectly seasoned to a southern palette. Nothing is bland.

It was the 1st time here I took my mom. The people here are so very friendly and a great atmosphere like home, if you like a lot of fried food n very very soft veggie,this is the place for you, I like my steak med rare n the were to done for me, the chicken tenders were the best !!!! My mom enjoy it

Excellent food!! Southern style food and a great price for buffet! Very friendly staff and servers! Definitely won't leave here hungry! Big variety of food to choose from!
