Finally, today I was ready to queue for an hour and 20min to get to our table at Akita Ramen 😋 it was worth it. Wonderful pickled veggies for the starter, some a bit spicy, all fresh and crisp. After that came a time for the main dish for me it was Akita Ramen, light broth with ultra-soft pulled pork, egg and veggies! One of the best ramen in this part of the world! “Make Ramen, Not war.”

We have had a great time at Akita Ramen. The service was very nice thanks to our waitress, Julia P. We also had very good food. The only reason why I’m not putting 5 stars is because I believe the ramen broth could be even closer to the Japanese ones. Thanks for having us !

thanks to great service from our waiter, Filip, I was ready to write a 5-star review before I even tasted the food. But wow, the ramen was incredible! I’ve never had anything like it. This place is really top notch.

Definitely best ramen in town! Be aware that you will always have to make a queue to enter, the place is small (tables from 1pax up to 6pax) in warm time of the year they will also open the terrace. Nevertheless this queue goes fast, once you sit, the amazing team will reach you with menu and help if needed, once you decided, the food comes pretty fast. Recommendations: try the Turbotantan Is delicious! Selections of tea is always great!

We just left but I already wanna go back! Staff is so nice and friendly, for Women's day all the ladies got a free drink. Akita Spicy love is now on my top 3 best ramens in the world (yes, including ones in Japan!). Was not spicy for my standarts, but the taste was soooo good! Will be back soon!!!

Really outstanding Ramen place. I highly recommend newbies to check the working hours to be there before opening. The restaurant gets full very fast, pretty much at every service. But it is for a reason. All the different Ramen I have eaten there were amazing, so much taste diversity, textures etc...

First time eating here, and it won't be the last. We were sat really fast, and the food was so fresh and tasty. Dominik was so helpful and really made the evening fun. Excellent service, thank you Dominik 😊 🙏

I was expecting more from this place because of all the great reviews. Quite average ramen to be honest, portion size quite small compared to some other places, and the broth was missing complexity. I ordered the akita spicy love and asked for the highest level of spicy, however it was barely spicy. Also the pulled pork had the texture of wet tuna strips and lost all of it's flavor due to the broth.

Quite possibly the best Ramen in Krakow. Certainly one of the best places I've had the pleasure to experience. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend their Nori Cucumber lemonade!

I ordered Red Alert Tantan. The soup is very disappointing because it's not spicy at all even I already ordered the spicy one. The worst part is that the broth doesn't have any flavor, it is just pure peanut butter soup, which makes my stomach get tired very fast. So I wasn’t able to finished it 😢 The noodles are great, but they are NOT ramen noodles though🤪 But the service is great, the appetizer - tempura and ribs - were very tasty. (The waiting time was around 1hr)

Delicious food and great service! Our wonderful waitress Julia was super helpful, friendly, patient, warm and simply lovely; she knew all the answers to thousands of our questions and remembered our (not easy) order without writing it down!😍 Also, the lady who was supervising the number of tables available and people waiting to be seated was very well organised and welcoming :) and kind enough to tell us about the discount for cyclists 🚴🏼. Everything and everybody was just perfect. ❤️

We ordered the Akita Ramen and it was super delicious, especially the pork was super well cooked. We went for a grapefruit wheat beer and it was also great. Definitely recommended when you come to Krakow! The only drawback was waiting in the queue for 30-40 mins, but at the end it was worth it.

Just...go here. Eat whatever they put in front of you. It will be amazing. It's a small place, but they've got a heater outside if you need to wait. It's worth it. 😋 Pictured: Akita Ramen, spice 3/4 (just a little warm - go 4/4 if you're used to Asian spice levels), no other additions.

Kinki Ramen is fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is welcoming. The signature ramen was superb – rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and delicious toppings. Prompt service and knowledgeable staff made the experience top-notch. A must-try for ramen lovers!

Very nice ramen but price is slightly high because portion to me is a bit small. Nonetheless the taste was very good. Place is small so prepare to wait if you go after 6pm.

We had to wait in the queue for 30 minutes. And we were waiting for ramen for 40 minutes. Unfortunately, it was not worth it. The food was very average… we ordered the Tokyo Old School Ramen and Red Alert Tantan, which was barely even warm… definitely not coming back mostly because of the food. The place itself is not cosy inside. The only 2 things that we liked- the service was good, especially the host that was sitting us down, was very helpful and polite! And the second thing- lemoniada with mango and ginger was delicious and very refreshing:)

I have tried a lot of ramen in different parts of the world (not yet Japan) and this is one of the most flavorful and delicious ones I have found. I’m sad that I discovered this place quite late during my trip in Krakow because I would certainly come back to try each one of their dishes. The staff is amazing and the vibes in the place are great as well. It will be in my wish list for my next visit! Thanks Ania for the attention!

I don't know if it's worth to stay in a line for an 1 hour, but a ramen is definitely delicious. We just took it out and were very happy we didn't spend a lot of time in the line)) I don't think this ramen is the best but one of the best for sure 🍜

What a lovely place! The waiter, Filip, was a gem! So sweet and absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing (I had the vegan ramen) and we also didn't have to wait very long in line. Be prepared to wait a little bit before you'll get seated though. However, it's definitely worth the wait!

This ramen is definitely in the top of my list. Also want to mention great staff that working here. When we were waiting in line, the rain had been begun, and they come with umbrellas for each person! I especially want to note waiter Dominik for his professionalism. I’ll come here again for sure!

We had a family lunch. Fortunately, we did not have to wait for the table because we have arrived there just after opening. Ramen was tasty and the service kind, open to our requests! Ps. We're happy we finally managed to try this ramen place, however, I think it'd be fair to have a possibility to book a table instead of waiting a lot outside (that was the main reason why we did not visit Akita before). Some limited number of tables given for guests to book would make everything much easier.

This place is amazing! We had the prawn tempura as a starter and it was soooo good especially with the spicy mayo. I then had the 'Old Tokyo Style' ramen. It was an amazing Tonkotsu style ramen with chashu pork and it tastes amazing. The staff were great and the atmosphere was fun. We were lucky enough to arrive when there was no wait, however normally there is a line out the door. 100% recomended!

Akita ramen is very little but cozy place, in the heart of Kazimierz. You will recognize it by the long queue outside the entrance: they are famous in the city and I will tell you why. First of all, their amazing ramen, the best I had so far. Second, prices: you pay the normal average price for ramen, but you will get the best of flavour, ingredients and portion in town. Third: their kindness. Already outside they offer a tiny cup of tea to warm you up when the queue is long and the weather is not the best, then, once you are inside, you will have effective and fast service. Our waitress, Mela, was really kind with us. I loved Akita and I'll be back soon!

We love this place, it never disappoints. Last time were there last working day before Christmas- no queues, felt like even more meat in ramens and very special and attentive service by Anya. Our friend was amazed too Food is always tasty, k-pop is more sour with kimchi, akita is more to traditional ramen. Thank you, we are your fans!

This was highly recommended place & it didn’t disappoint. There’s waiting period depending on what time you go, we waited for 25 mins outside before getting inside but it was worth it. The portion is big & very filling. I tried the vegan mapo tofu ramen & it was very delicious. The iced matcha latte was good as well. Good place to go in Krakow.

Best ramen I’ve ever had! The peanut butter ramen was absolutely delicious as was the spicy shoyu! Also recommend the mango and lavander lemonades. We didn’t have any cash and the service for tipping was down, but we just wanted to say that our waitress Julia P was absolutely fantastic and deserved an amazing tip that day. She was patient and explained the menu to us, gave us recommendations and checked to see how everything was with our meal. She was always smiling and had outstanding customer service. Thank you very much! We will come back in our next

100/10 for the service!! We went to Akita to try their known ramen. There was a lane to wait which usually would be a bummer but the staff came out from time to time to bring us hot tea. There was also a gas fire to keep us warm while waiting. As tourists we didn’t understand the menu well, but there was a waitress Julia(sorry if the name is incorrect ) that was super helpful. She explained everything made suggestions of starters to pair with the ramen and also beverages! She checked on us in every meal and was really polite! Thank you Julia for making our dinner extra fun and for your kindness!!!

Good ramen but long waiting time (40 min after ordering). Vegan ramen lacks protein. Also, the content of ramen could be cut into smaller pieces as we were struggling to eat these big chunks of algae and vegetable. Very kind staff.

Probably one of the best ramen I've ever had honestly. Also the waitress was very nice and friendly all the time. 10/10 I will recommend it for friends who visit Kraków.

This shoyu ramen hit the right spot. It truly reminded me of classic shoyu ramen from back home(Japan). It’s the perfect comfort food for me. I also tried my friend’s veg option which was mabo tofu (?), and it was delicious. We were both super happy with their ramen. Also the staffs were extremely nice and friendly. One of them ended up helping with our trip. So thankful♥️

Nice restaurant, with a delicious ramen and a kind service. Only unfortunate thing may be the wait time, before you even get inside. So better to come early.

  • 5/5 Katerina K. 2 years ago on Google
We stayed 1,5 hours in the queue on Sunday. I was worth but too long of course for Krakow. Ramens are good, some starters positions weren’t available. But in general really good and authentic, cozy

You know this place is good when you have people waiting in the line outside. It was worth he wait, the broth tasted very good and they put a generous amount of meat as well. Very kind waitress. Mela served us and catered to all our requirements. This place has a good vibe and good food.

Pretty good service. Everyone is super nice. The shrimp tempura with mayo was great. The mapo tofu was a big disappointment. We also ordered one extra egg, which was overcooked.

  • 5/5 Manu X. 2 years ago on Google
Great experience since the moment you get it. Had a great tempura shrimp with wasabi mayonnaise as a starter. We had veggie ramen and shoyu. Great stuff!!! Quick and kind service . Definitely a place to get back to

One of the best ramens I’ve ever tried, if not the best. People working there are absolutely fantastic and always eager to help you out with the decision. Just go there and wait a few minutes if there is a queue, totally worth it.

  • 5/5 Paweł K. 1 year ago on Google
The best Ramen in Kraków + very nice and friendly staff (Thank you Dominika :) There is no possibility of booking the table and usually you have to stay a couple of minutes in the queue (but it’s definitely worth doing).

  • 5/5 Anders M. 10 months ago on Google
The hype is real! They will even help you with the chop sticks. And nobody will look twice if you need a fork 😉 We had Akita Ramen (great original taste) and Red Alert Tanton with peanut butter. This last one is quit heavy in the taste and we couldn’t finish it. All in all, it is worth the wait.

  • 4/5 Pattaraphon R. 1 year ago on Google
The service is super good. The ramen taste good but still a bit far from the real Japanese flavor (the noodle and rich of flavor in the soup). The tempura is quite nice but the flour is a bit too salty and there is no ponzu sauce for tempura 😢. It is understandable that you don’t have all the ingredients for that so this is good enough 😊
