This place is truly a hidden gem and one of my few favourites on the island. The staff are exceptionally kind with a good sense of humour. The service is wonderful and you really feel cared for. I love the options they offer both on their breakfast and lunch menu and the food is delicious. Meal portions are excellent for the prices, which are quite reasonable. Now for the real treats: their coffee is perfect, and the volume they offer per size option is more than the standard across the island for other cafes. They do not charge for their substitute vegan milk options, like other places do, offering coconut and soy milk. The World’s End is highly flexible and eager to meet the dietary needs of their patrons, offering vegan and gluten free options for much of their menu items. They also do not charge for gluten-free options! There’s a nice view of the dock and the blue glistening water several feet away. The place is clean and has a cozy feel. The whole main entrance is open so their is no AC but they’ve got the fans on and it’s nice to not be separated from the elements of nature, you are still very much immersed. I love this place and I will keep coming back! Thanks Lotte and Susie and kitchen staff for making this place feel so homey and delivering exceptional service and quality of food.

Hidden gem. We loved the breakfast burrito. Good iced coffee. Amazing pancakes. The paninis were not that special, but other simple dishes like the English breakfast was also pretty good! Kind owners

The first two breakfasts we've had on the island and I don't know how it could be any better! They have a gluten free version of pretty much everything. We will be coming back every day during our visit!

Typical English breakfast . The pancakes were really good. The English breakfast was English breakfast (a bit boring). The service was nice.

I believe I go there at least 15 days per month to have breakfast haha besides the taste I really like the quality of the ingredients. They also have a good variety of dishes from traditional English breakfast to burrito and Swedish meat ball. It's not the cheapest but the price is according to the quality. Sometimes it can get a bit hot in there. Very good coffee! Totally recommend

First of all, I recommend this place. 👍🏻 My wife and I were there twice (lack of time on the island) and we would return more if we could. The food: The orange juice, the regular milk Lattè (the small is big and the big is very big!), the gluten-free banana pancakes, and the omelet with bmham & cheddar cheese (or bacon) - they're all very recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The service: Just lovely. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The staff is nice, the food arrived fast. The atmosphere: The place is located close to the pier, and you can see the sea barely, but it's not on the beach. If you want a view - that's not the place. That's the place for good food. 🙂 Inside the place it's nice. No air conditioning, but the ventilators are doing the job - they're not too strong. Also, there's good wind sometimes. Cars and scooters are sometimes passing by, but it's not too noisy, surprisingly, probably because it's not a main road. Btw, like the vast Makoto of the places on the island, they don't receive credit cards and are cash-only.

A great spot for people watching with an epic view of the pier & the sea. Great food & coffee, amazing hangover cure! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and yummy treats. A must visit!

Best Breakfast in this area. Probably best pancakes I ever had. My boyfriend and I were here everyday. They have lots of vegan and gluten free options too. Smoothies are very delicious.

Great and healthy breakfast. The coffee is excellent and you have several vegan options for coffee. It can get quite busy but service was great and the owner was always helpful and smiling. I will come back

I had my morning espresso here every day(best espresso on the island) and it looks out on to the peir so you can wake up watching the comings and goings. Breakfasts are european style but excellent quality and size. The pancakes and full english are very good and they are happy to substitute one thing for another if you like. The staff are friendly and give the place a nice laid back atmosphere.

The interior is not the nicest (for my taste), but the food and the service makes it all up! We had the vegan breakfast and the (vegan) breakfast burrito, and both were so so good!! Better than at some of the vegan places in Europe I think! There were lots of kids here in the morning, maybe that's relevant for some people. All in all 5 stars for the food, would have breakfast here again any time!

Cannot say more than ok. Highlight is the eggs and bacon breakfast for 200THB; a massive breakfast for relatively cheap. For the rest, nothing to be amazed about in my view... Long term expats tend to meet there in the morning, always crowded with English folks mainly, not my kind of place, but it's always crowded and it's been there forever...

Hands-down the best place for having breakfast on the island and/or planet. The eggs benedict are amazing, as are the pancakes.

Great place, all the dishes are excellent. We recommend the Peninies. Many Gluten Free options, but this place is great for everyone. We will definitely come back

Coeliac heaven! The Swedish owner is a coeliac herself and they bake their own gluten free bread, Worcestershire sauce, and they’re careful make things strictly gluten free in the kitchen so I could even have a burger and chips and pancakes for a change, unheard of for me while travelling! So far we’ve been back most days and had banana pancakes, smoothies, eggs Benedict, burger and chips, gf chocolate brownie and loved all of it, as did my partner who is not gluten free. Everything is delicious!

One day last week we came here and in the meantime it is a fixed routine to start the day here. The location is super relaxed with direct views of the pier and the sea. The food is super fresh and incredibly tasty. Once you start with the pancakes and Eggs Benedict, it's hard to ever choose anything else, but everything that came out of the kitchen looked really delicious. We will miss you guys in Germany very very much.

I cannot speak more highly of the owner and this venue. As someone with Coeliac disease travelling in Thailand has been tricky, but I read a few reviews recommending this place and I am so glad they did. The owner is a coeliac herself and talked me through all the options I could have, including the gluten free panini's and wraps that she makes herself. I made my own falafel sandwich and it was one of the best meals I've had while travelling here over the past three weeks. She also gave me some recommendations for other places to go to for dinner and where I could find gluten free soy and oyster sauce. It was a wonderful experience at this cafe and one I wish I had discovered on my first day on the island instead of my last!
