Have a VALID coupon for discount but of course can't use on Koh Samui. Only everywhere else in Thailand. Chicken was dry, old and the staff just standing around doing nothing.

Staff were significantly disinterested. When we asked for salt we were met with a blank look and after a very long drawn out pause of 5-10 seconds we were reluctantly passed ‘a dish’ of salt. It’s not as if we were the only customer and the staff of three had much to do. My drink was full to the brim with ice. I can’t say how much Coke was in it. But asked for a drink without coke. She filled it up halfway. Not good enough. On the whole a very underwhelming experience. I see someone else also had the same experience about a year ago. We won’t be visiting again despite how much we love the treat of a KFC.

The chizza bites came pretty quickly and were hot and well cooked. A tasty snack and a nice break from outside.

Bad service. Staff don't want to sell and clean. 19 o'clock chicken pops are sold out.

Dirty, sticky tables.. . Reheated old chicken.. Lazy staff

I liked the food, but they didn’t give me napkins, and they weren’t visible at the checkout, but they are necessary for a chicken fatty meal

Have been there 3 times and all of them were great. The best fries I ever had in any KFC! Overall significantly better than KFC at Central

The place isn't clean, the tables are not cleaned. The stuff is not friendly and welcoming, it is the total opposite.
