The best option for lunch at the airport as they also have Halal chicken. Food quality was good but the cheddar cheese was not tasty. They have a kiosk for self-service. also staff is friendly and welcoming. They have many outlets for charging but you need adapter to use them.

Thought there was no pickles on my burger so I asked them to put pickles on it, after which they opened the burger and pointed out that there were two quarter sized pickles hidden under the unmelted cheese. Very different from the photo they share on their screen. I dropped it after that but the staff were very rude. There was also a man before me who gave his burger back to the staff complaining that it "wasn't fresh" and refused to eat it. On top of that, another person said the bacon on their burger was inedible. This happened all in the span of five minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. 270 baht for a burger with barely anything on it is not really worth it.

EAT BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS AIRPORT. You’re options are limited and everything is insanely overpriced. This Burger King, takes the crown for being overpriced. A whopper meal is 359 baht ($11.30 USD) and that’s without cheese... if I wanted cheese it would have been $2.50 USD more. This is double the price of Burger King in USA and UK and you’re in Thailand. It’s criminal. I can go to the best burger restaurant in Beverly Hills for this price. The funny thing is... this burger costs the same as a flight from Phuket to Bangkok on AirAsia. Came back here 5 years later and the fries I got were freshly made and super good.

Awful experience. Staff are beyond rude!! Bought food and beverages for 4 people including 2 bottles of water. Travelling with 2 children age 6 who found it hard to drink from the bottles. Asked for 2 small cups and was told very rudely NO! Asked if I could buy a coffee cup. Pay for a coffee and just have the empty cup and told NO! Crazy behaviour. ZERO customer service. Especially towards a family travelling with kids. I mean how much does a paper cup cost!! Avoid this place. It’s also very dirty. Tables not cleaned the whole 30 minutes we spent in there

I have used Burger King at both domestic and international in the last 3 weeks. The experiences could not have been more different. On the domestic side I was served quickly and the food was hot and fresh. In contrast the international outlet advertised 24 hour opening but in fact it doesn't open until 7am. Or at least it should. It actually opened at 7.10am and was utter chaos with very poor service. When the food came the fries were cold and the coffee undrinkable. The Crissantwich was terrible. Avoid. There are plenty of other choices

It seems Burger King is the bright side in this airport. I believe many people are not happy with prices and honestly it’s first time I see International restaurant increases prices so high like this because it is at airport but it is weird and I think there may be other reasons. This restaurant was very crowded and hardly to find a seat. The branch itself is small and I believe they are working to expand it. The way I saw it, staff were working hard to catch up with many orders. However, service still slow with such a crow. Also, people who choose to dine in they have to keep waiting and looking for any seat that gets available but in such case table still dirty and it takes forever that one of staff comes to wipe the table that why customer has to accept staying at unwiped table. These points they need to resolve in order to make a better service: * Expand the restaurant if possible. * Get extra hand to wipe tables regularly. * Revise prices.
