Resorts and massage places dump their trash on the beach. It's the locals not the tourists

Nice beach with only one public access. The Sees Beach Club umbrellas and pool are free as long as you order drinks there. For the “beds” you have to order at least for 3,000 Bahts.

The beach is stunning! We visited in early May and the water was clear and warm. We stayed at one of the resorts on the beach so it was convenient to get a sun bed on the beach. The sand was very soft and it stretched out far to the ocean. There was no wind nor waves, perfect for swimming. Simply heavenly.

Very beautiful, fine-grained sandy beach. On a length of 6km you can find many quiet places (maybe because of COVID) to sunbathe. The water is clear and the shallow beach runs very long into the sea

A very long beach. The section near the main entrance is more popular.

The best beach for bathing and relaxing in Koh Samui. There are no pebbles or rocks, hence there's no chance of injury even if children are allowed to play.

Such a beautiful beach in a beautiful country that no one seems to be caring for or maintaining. Plastic debris and garbage everywhere.

Long family friendly beach with a clean ocean floor. The beach is long, however I would suggest going to a small detached part to the south divided by rock formations. It is even more beautiful and serene, as it is mostly isolated from the road with endless private property of hotels and restaurants, but if you can take a scooter or a car, google maps will show you a narrow access from the main road

Very nice long beach however there was a lot of plastic washed up and disused rope, polystyrene probably from fishing boats. The sea had heavy waves not safe to swimming.

Nice quite long stretch beach with lots of bars and beach massages. It's not the best beach on the island but it's quite nice, especially at night when night life come out!

Pretty beach. One can hire loungers for 100THB and chill. You can also opt for massages on the beach. Had a relaxing time here.

Nice beach, not many people. After big rain the water is getting dirty.

Beautiful beach with beautiful sands, not sure if it is good for swimming as it is not deep for some walking distance.

One of the best beach in Samui. Comfortable pillows ottomans. You buy any drink and you can lie on it all day. Good music: slow house. Relax. Also party at the night - black moon. To find this place - look for the sign "Black Moon"

What an amazing beach. So peaceful and natural, had the feeling I could just lay in the sun all day long. It isn’t a sandy beach, rather little stones and also rocks around. Various bars and resorts face the beach but you can also just lay down and noone will bother you :)

Beautiful beach with a very gentle slope. Almost no waves at all in early September. Visibility to the bottom. No rocks, silky smooth white sand. Very few sea creatures. Beautiful little bars, beach huts etc by the water to stay, eat, socialize.

Nice but the entrance is a bit difficult to find, as it’s literally covered by some plants and there a very narrow path to it, plus you need to stop right after a hill, in the middle of the highway. Stayed for 5 min and left to Crystal Beach. Much better.

Plenty of nice sports to chill, drink cocktails or have a beer or two. Nice crystal clear water and fine white sand.

It’s a nice beach, pretty and you can play volleyball ( but you need to take your own net) , there are beautiful shells and cute little tiny crabs ( but please do not disturb the crabs, they are really scared of people). However, the water isn’t that clear as the internet says, and the water is quite turbid, you can’t see anything in the water, only sand. And at some places there were so so so many sharp rocks in the ocean. me and my friend both got injured. But most places where a lot of people are swimming are ok, not much rocks, but need to be careful though.

Our favorite beach in Koh Samui! Sand is soft and clean. Water is a crystal clear blue. Hardly crowded and the beach touts are respectful (not pushy). Would highly recommend!
