Went to this place three times in a row. That’s how good it was. The food was fresh and delicious, the views were absolutely beautiful right in front of the beach. The menu has so many options. Whatever you do make sure you get the Tom Yum rice that was very tasty. I also recommend to Seafood bucket. It’s really hard to choose. They have so much delicious stuff on their menu. They also have dinner on the beach with fire performance which I recommend. The staff is amazing friendly and attentive❤️

Amazing setting and nice decor. But that's it. Drinks are way to expensive (for half a cocktail). 350 baht for a half full margarita ...sad...I mean, if I pay European rates, I expect European quality 🤷🏻‍♀️ Food is expensive and not exceptional. Service was very slow. I seriously don't get the food reviews, there are way better places out there.

I do not trust these reviews. The service was awful. The waitress was not smiling at all and made the impression of being unmotivated. The prices are exorbitant. A Shang beer for 180 bhat, which makes it 5,15€ for a beer - way to expensive - and a cocktail for 350 bhat - mainly consisting of ice cubes (see picture). I didn’t perceive this place as welcoming and it was hard to find with a creepy passage. As a consequence we changed our mind and did not order food. For us this was a clear tourist trap and we cannot recommend at all.

Absolute top notch food, drinks, and view. Friendly staff. Fast service. The cocktails are delicious. Fresh seafood, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Love that they make it super spicy upon request. Soooo authentic Thai

Didn’t expect much food-wise from another pretty beach restaurant. But the seafood here is amazing! Raw/sashimi golden grouper. Mud crabs. A bit of a hike from the main road but we’ll worth it. Easier to find walking on the beach. Highly recommended?! Can’t beat it for romantic setting and fabulous food!

We had dinner here last night and had a brilliant time. Ordered the seafood selection and the food was really nice, it could have been a bit hotter, and maybe more seasoning/ sauce as some of the seafood was a little bland. It was quite expensive too. Unfortunately, the usual fire show was cancelled due to the high level of the tide, which they did inform us off on the phone, however, halfway through dinner they decided to perform anyway. We were the only people in the restaurant so essentially had a private show, and they even bought us on the beach to perform with them! Was a fantastic experience & really generous of them to do! We had a lovely waiting staff and some great food on top too - would highly recommend!

Have dined at Moonrise twice now. Once on the beach and once in the restaurant. Both are great with good ambience and music. The cocktails are delicious and very fun. The seafood is incredible. I am coeliac and very sensitive to gluten. They have gone out of their way to create a seafood bucket that I could safely eat. Very impressed

Awesome service and delightful staff . The seafood was superb and the cocktails really fun in their unique glasses. Returned for another dinner it was that good and very relaxing looking out on the beach
