Weather is not all, the boat and the crew played a big role in making this day a fantastic day. Very professional and client oriented, definitely recommend it!!!

Wow! Great snorkeling. Terrific service. Food and drinks all day. It was fun to jump off the side of the boat. Positive for some, negative for others: smoking is allowed on board. Note: the vessel is propelled by a motor and does not rely on its sail.

We had an very enjoyable day out with Eric and his crew. The old boat is beautiful restored with plenty of space to lounge around. The tour is very well organised and the lunch was delicious. My mother (in her 70s) tried fishing for the first time and the largest fish of the day unfortunately got away breaking the line !! Pirate Eric really made the day extra special for all of us. We can HIGHLY recommend this to people of all ages and abilities.

It was simply amazing.. Nice trip to koh phangan.. Nice lunch, we went for a swim in the sea and even went to one beach in koh phangan ... I would like to thank the whole crew (who was super nice by the way) for this amazing adventurous trip ... i will not forget this forever...even met a monkey 🐒🐒

We did the day trip from Koh Samui to Ko Pha Ngan and it was a lovely day. Snorkelling, fishing, swimming in the sea and chilling out on the boat and beach. Lunch was lovely, we would highly recommend this tour!

Very good decision and I don't have to get up early. The 65 years old wooden junk is just great. I really can recommend this trip.

We made a very nice boat trip with Chantara. The lunch and service were fine. There was plenty of opportunity to swim. The beach on Koh Phangan and the sunset were very beautiful. The only thing i didn’t like was the fishing on the way back. Fishing rods were brought out, after which very little fish were caught. As far as I'm concerned, they could have skipped this "fishing" because it was just for the entertainment of tourists. The fish stayed unnecessary long on the hook (out of the water), so tourist could make selfies/pictures of them. After the picture the fish were released with a pliers. One of the little fish died because of this. No animal should have to die or suffer unnecessary just because tourist wants to make pictures of it. But i think they will continu this, because all the tourists (unfortunately) loved it. Because of this “fishing” i’m rating 3.5 stars, instead of 5.
