The service staff is very poor. They are sullen and dissatisfied. Ask to sit at a table in the view area outside the mall. Told the table was busy and hadn't cleaned it yet. I walked in and looked at the table and it was empty. Receiving the food, he spoke without making a sound. Didn't repeat the food menu, walked away confused, not satisfied at all. While eating, the water ran out and was not refilled. None of the dishes came to be picked up. We had to pile food on the plates that we already ate. Because the table was full and there was no place to put it. I have eaten at MK many times in many branches. This time I was not at all impressed.

Worst service. Staff did not seem to care at all and just rolled their eyes when we got there attention. Food is way overpriced and the quality is bad. Bad service, have to wait 20 minuts for just 2 orders, and them only have 2 tables eating inside.

Hot pot set was really good, ordered large set with a couple add ons/sides. Fun to do with family cooking soup in the center of table adding ingredients you pick makes a nice broth in the end. A little expensive, worth trying.

The food is very delicious.
