Fantastic stay at this two bedroom apartment with stunning views of the bay. Requires a ride down to anywhere as it sits atop a mountain, but the views are worth it.

Great view from this place. Up an extremely steep hill so a car or motorbike is absolutely required, it’s not walkable. I stayed in Q Residence G. Room was not clean upon my check in, I had to wait while they cleaned it. Check in manager didn’t advise me that there were (2) locks on the door (thankfully cleaning staff did) - ordinarily wouldn’t be a big deal except that it’s quite literally impossible to “walk” back to the check in building without a vehicle to get the code for the second lock. There was absolutely an odor of mustiness throughout the stay, but with the AC running it seemed to go away. The restaurant on property was very good, ate there for dinner twice and would return again. Overall, some minor hiccups (nothing that would ruin the visit) but honestly I did enjoy my stay there and would consider returning in the future. Price I paid of ~$75USD per night seemed reasonable.

i stayed 10 days at unique resort rooms...was one of the best stays i ever had.resort high on a hill very steep access however the best views you will simply ever see,resort food good,service excellent,rooms large modern and clean all of the time...thankyou unique

5 stars for the view from the villa & infinity pool. The space is beautifully designed. The management soured the experience - it was very difficult getting more than 1 key to the room even though we were 3 people, and impossible to get a another key card for the elevator. (A suggestion was made to leave the key with the guard every time we go out - why is it such a problem giving us another key when almost every other hotel does it?) Seems very basic when you consider the price of the rooms. My friend was later banned from the gym for inquiring about a better price for a package deal where she could go every day - very weird stuff. The climb uphill to the place is so steep it's almost undoable. It's ok on a scooter if you're experienced but it's so steep that was scary for the first few times, both going up and down.

Bad service, The staff are not helpful. employees don't want to work must rely on oneself Everything is complicated.

I booked a room with them a few weeks ago. I was even in touch with them when I asked a question about their facility. Today I woke up to find that my order has been canceled due to "Wrong price". Strange that they didn't mention this earlier when I spoke to them. Terrible service. Would not recommend booking accommodation with them.
