This
place
was
amazing
so
it
gets
5
stars!
We
arrived
very
tired
after
a
long
flight
and
the
manager
Jean-Luc
was
there
to
greet
us
and
was
definitely
expecting
us.
He
even
kept
the
restaurant
open
way
after
its
closing
time,
so
we
could
eat
and
have
something
to
drink.
It
was
dark,
and
the
pool
was
lit
up
and
there
was
magical,
enchanting,
romantic
lighting
in
the
restaurant
and
beautiful
decorations.
He
showed
us
a
room
and
set
up
a
meeting
for
the
next
day
to
arrange
tours.
We
arranged
2
boat
trips
and
he
did
his
own
tour,
showing
us
places
off
the
beaten
track
from
tourists,
and
where
we
also
had
the
opportunity
to
eat
together.
Near
to
the
hotel
is
a
viewpoint,
but
its
quite
dangerous
to
get
there
because
of
the
busy
main
road,
so
he
drove
us.
He
thinks
of
the
safety
of
the
guests,
which
is
golden.
For
one
boat
trip,
the
car
hire
did
not
work
out,
so
he
drove
us
about
30
mins
to
the
pier
himself!
If
you
have
an
issue
within
the
room,
this
is
resolved
as
good
as
immediately.
We
just
had
a
safe
and
TV
issue,
(very
minor),
but
they
had
it
so
quickly
fixed.
It
had
no
effect
on
our
holiday.
There
is
a
10
minute
walk
to
the
nearest
beach,
but
you
do
have
to
cross
a
busy
main
road,
which
is
fine
if
you
take
care,
no
problem
for
us.
You
then
walk
through
the
Imperiana
hotel.
The
beach
is
very
nice
for
children,
no
waves
and
does
not
suddenly
get
deep.
Getting
into
Chaweng
costs
50
Thb
per
person
in
a
tuktuk.
It's
easy
as
many
stop
on
the
main
road.
You
could
walk
to
Chaweng
from
the
beach
itself,
but
only
if
you
feel
up
to
it.
Took
us
30
mins,
but
you
have
to
cut
through
some
hotels
to
get
to
the
main
Chaweng
street.
All
this
was
no
issue
for
us.
You
can
also
rent
a
car
or
a
moped
from
the
hotel
at
good
rates.
The
hotel
is
not
directly
central
in
Chaweng
but
we
knew
this
and
wanted
this,
but
it's
also
no
huge
distance
from
there.
We've
stayed
in
much
more
isolated
places.
Baan
Sukreep
was
very
clean,
never
dirty
in
the
pool,
pathways
were
swept
daily,
bedsmade
daily.
We
stayed
in
a
bamboo
cottage
to
experience
something
different.
You
will
hear
animals
scratching
about
on
the
roof
at
night,
you'll
hear
the
rain
fall.
And
people
talking.
We
loved
it!
But
we
were
prepared
for
this
as
it
is
built
from
bamboo!
If
you
want
total
quiet
and
not
this
experience
they
have
luxury
villas.
I
would
describe
the
resort
as
quiet.
The
restaurant
had
1
or
2
busy
nights,
l
but
it
was
never
a
disturbance
and
lovely
to
see
after
corona
times.
The
hotel
food
was
delicious
and
we
ate
there
on
quite
a
few
evenings.
We
also
ate
in
Chaweng
and
at
Dr
Frogs
near
to
the
viewpoint.
We
loved
swimming
in
the
pool
at
night
when
the
place
was
lit
up
beautifully.
There
was
no
pool
closing
times,
unlike
in
many
other
hotels,
so
you
could
swim
until
just
before
restaurant
closing
time,
which
was
amazing.
The
staff
are
friendly
and
Jean-Luc's
wife
Odile
was
lovely.
Helping
with
the
car
hire,
always
greeting
in
the
morning
or
in
passing-by
and
just
being
open
and
very
helpful
and
welcoming
where
possible.
We
just
happened
to
mention
that
my
son
likes
baked
beans
with
his
cooked
breakfast
and
without
having
asked,
they
purchased
baked
beans
especially
for
him
as
a
surprise,
as
they
never
had
them
otherwise!
Another
lady
was
very
nice
too,
and
I
think
she
was
called
Ceci.
Lovely,
friendly,
welcoming
person
and
really
suited
to
working
in
the
hotel,
and
helping
alot
to
create
the
warm
atmosphere
with
Odile
and
Jean-Luc.
The
Thai
staff
were
absolutely
fantastic
too.
It
was
almost
like
staying
with
family.
They
made
every
effort
to
ensure
you
didn't
just
arrive
stranded
with
no
information/
nothing
to
do!
They
really
put
huge
efforts
into
this,
and
solving
any
issues
with
getting
about.
Wonderful,
and
wonderful
once
again.
Thankyou.
Thankyou.
We
love
you
all!
Don't
change!
