👍👍 Great place to stay. Finally got there after a 3 year delay. Julliete and Jean-Luc made us all very welcome. The gardens, pool and restaurant (Mekong) were beautiful. Special thanks to Johnny who looked after us very well at both breakfast and in the restaurant. Would recommend. The place is very friendly and boasts a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant that serves awesome food at reasonable prices. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel features a pool, and the bungalows, which are made of bamboo, offer an authentic Thailand-style experience, complete with air-conditioning and all the comforts you would expect from a 3-star resort. Furthermore, the bungalows are cleverly concealed from each other with tropical plants and nature, providing a sense of privacy. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located midway between Chaweng and Lamai, making it an ideal base for exploring other restaurants and bars in the area, although transportation via taxi is required. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend the resort to others. PS: I would also recommend trying the mojito at the resort's bar, as it is great!

Let’s start with the positive side: the site manager is very warm and helpful Now the negative: - the rooms were not clean enough in my opinion. I always had dirt under my feet - towels are not changed and they do not dry - the bed sheets that were changed were obviously worn and full of stains. I have never seen that - the furniture was in a ridiculously bad state - the shower is a joke on its own. The water pressure is very low - the safe was not working - the (rusty) fridge was not cool - opposite to some other reviews we had to pay for the laundry

I loved it here. The Service was incredibel. Very lovely peopel here, if you need help with something they will assist you. But lets come to the good Part. The food Was amazing. I love cheap thai food from the streets but this restaurant gave me a knew Taste of thailand. Its a littel more expensiv then on the streets but definitly worth it. There Was nothing on that list that disapointed me.

Although the restaurant in the hotel is good, Overall stay was not. Value for money is really low comparing to other spots. We didn't have a proper blanket and needed to request one. Mattresses were uncomfortable. The room didn't have airflow and was a bit smelly.

Traditional Thai Style Bungalow in Jungle setting. Very comfortable, Great air conditioning, easy communication with staff prior to arrival to arrange airport transfers. Excellent place to stay. Easy to walk to beach. short taxi to fisherman village and temples. Excellent restaurant and bar onsite. Thank you !

Nice decor, a very relaxed feel. The food, while tasty, is overpriced. The location is definitely very off the beaten track, so worth bearing in mind. Room was nice and clean, but had no lock on the door. Laundry services were offered without charges displayed. Owners were friendly. Staff were especially helpful and chatty. Nice pool.

Baan Sukreep Resort is a nice little resort nested in a coconut grove just above Chaweng Noi beach. The resort is managed by a lovely French couple, helped by charming Thai staff (everyone speaks English). The resort is clean, quiet and well-tended. The bungalows and villas have A/C, nice bathrooms and comfy beds, and they do not overlook each other so everyone has privacy. The resort restaurant "Mekong fusion" has a tasty selection of Thai and Vietnamese food (as well as international and kid food). Happy hour is from 4pm to 6pm. We had a lovely stay at Baan Sukreep, we enjoyed enverything from the pool to the food, and we had a great time thanks to the lovely staff who advised us on activities and made us feel part of the family. We will definitely come back if we go back to Samui.

This place was amazing. The staff and the owners were very helpful and the hotel itself is like a small paradise in the hearth of the island. For sure the bonus is the restoran that the owners opened in the hotel area. It is very cozy. The menu is amazing, as it covers all main dishes from all over Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Birma. Additional bonus is the variety of cocktails and selection of rums and whiskeys - I haven't seen anywhere else such thoroughness in their bar selection and this comes most probably from the owner who loves rum and whiskey not only as a drink, but a quality drink, where cigar is included in the mood. Believe it or not, they even have a good choice of cigars to enjoy after a delicious dinner. The owners of the hotel helped us with trips and sightseeing suggestions, plus gave us a lift to some places where we couldn't drive with hotel motorbikes. To conclude my review I suggest to visit this place if you are alone, with family or just as a couple - it is suitable for everyone who values quality time during their holiday in Koh Samui.

Like a little tropical paradise. The resort is exceptionally well looked after from the garden to the tasteful lounge area. Lovely bungalows to stay in and the beds are seriously comfy! You can tell that all who work at the resort from the kitchen staff to the owners care a lot! Smiley, chatty, helpful and above all else friendly. Would recommend a stay here if you’re looking for somewhere in Koh Samui. Ps. The food is some of the best we’ve had on the island!

It was the best accommodation with the best hosts that we experienced on my our digital nomad journey. It was such a peaceful place and the owners were very lovely and patio for work are excellent. The bungalow was super clean and the drinks at the bar reasonable priced. I really wished I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately my next trip was already booked, otherwise I would maybe still be there. Really really good place, check it out!!! Thanks for everything!

Lovely place with incredible staff. The food is really good. There's a vietnamese fusion restaurant in premises that is awesome. Rooms are lovely.

Really enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. Liked the vietnamese dishes. The owners were always kind and helpful as was the staff. The location requires a motorized vehicle, however.

This place was amazing so it gets 5 stars! We arrived very tired after a long flight and the manager Jean-Luc was there to greet us and was definitely expecting us. He even kept the restaurant open way after its closing time, so we could eat and have something to drink. It was dark, and the pool was lit up and there was magical, enchanting, romantic lighting in the restaurant and beautiful decorations. He showed us a room and set up a meeting for the next day to arrange tours. We arranged 2 boat trips and he did his own tour, showing us places off the beaten track from tourists, and where we also had the opportunity to eat together. Near to the hotel is a viewpoint, but its quite dangerous to get there because of the busy main road, so he drove us. He thinks of the safety of the guests, which is golden. For one boat trip, the car hire did not work out, so he drove us about 30 mins to the pier himself! If you have an issue within the room, this is resolved as good as immediately. We just had a safe and TV issue, (very minor), but they had it so quickly fixed. It had no effect on our holiday. There is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, but you do have to cross a busy main road, which is fine if you take care, no problem for us. You then walk through the Imperiana hotel. The beach is very nice for children, no waves and does not suddenly get deep. Getting into Chaweng costs 50 Thb per person in a tuktuk. It's easy as many stop on the main road. You could walk to Chaweng from the beach itself, but only if you feel up to it. Took us 30 mins, but you have to cut through some hotels to get to the main Chaweng street. All this was no issue for us. You can also rent a car or a moped from the hotel at good rates. The hotel is not directly central in Chaweng but we knew this and wanted this, but it's also no huge distance from there. We've stayed in much more isolated places. Baan Sukreep was very clean, never dirty in the pool, pathways were swept daily, bedsmade daily. We stayed in a bamboo cottage to experience something different. You will hear animals scratching about on the roof at night, you'll hear the rain fall. And people talking. We loved it! But we were prepared for this as it is built from bamboo! If you want total quiet and not this experience they have luxury villas. I would describe the resort as quiet. The restaurant had 1 or 2 busy nights, l but it was never a disturbance and lovely to see after corona times. The hotel food was delicious and we ate there on quite a few evenings. We also ate in Chaweng and at Dr Frogs near to the viewpoint. We loved swimming in the pool at night when the place was lit up beautifully. There was no pool closing times, unlike in many other hotels, so you could swim until just before restaurant closing time, which was amazing. The staff are friendly and Jean-Luc's wife Odile was lovely. Helping with the car hire, always greeting in the morning or in passing-by and just being open and very helpful and welcoming where possible. We just happened to mention that my son likes baked beans with his cooked breakfast and without having asked, they purchased baked beans especially for him as a surprise, as they never had them otherwise! Another lady was very nice too, and I think she was called Ceci. Lovely, friendly, welcoming person and really suited to working in the hotel, and helping alot to create the warm atmosphere with Odile and Jean-Luc. The Thai staff were absolutely fantastic too. It was almost like staying with family. They made every effort to ensure you didn't just arrive stranded with no information/ nothing to do! They really put huge efforts into this, and solving any issues with getting about. Wonderful, and wonderful once again. Thankyou. Thankyou. We love you all! Don't change!

Loved this little jungle paradise. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. My only complaint was the location (a bit far off of the beaten track), the western breakfast was yuck, and the food prices for local Thai dishes were a bit high. The Vietnamese food was amazing tho. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay!
