Very nice running track around looping the stadium, about 1.1km a loop with shade and flat surface. Great if you’re a runner wanting to squeeze in some cardio during holidays

Beautiful track in the middle of the location. Be aware very sunny area if you decide to run or walk during the day. Another area around it to walk or run with lots of shade. And of course the lap area outside is open for long distance runners or walkers.

Finnaly! Samui got real stadium with 400 meters running circuit with the ideal surface.

As of this review (April 2019) the sports stadium is undergoing complete renovation. The stadium is surrounded by a lake and has an outdoor fitness park with brightly coloured exercise equipment which is free to use. You can also run around the paved road that encircles the stadium. It's roughly a 1km in length.

Huge paved track outside of the actual stadium island was just perfect for evening run.

Great open space to go for a jog, run around with kids, Sprint on the track, kick a soccer ball, etc. Surrounded by water.

Never really crowded, shaded and cool place to work out!

One of the best places for a short morning run followed by some very nice matcha tea that I bring with me 🍵

It's a stadium... Great when events are being held...otherwise not much to see!

Nice place to spend some time open air

We like to visit this place for a kids playground. It has a basketball field also.

A nice little place to have some workout done or just chill away from the main road. There’s a basketball playground where you can hoop and a big stadium with a soccer field and a 400 meter track
