Beautiful secluded beach. People mainly keep to themselves and respectful. Not very busy. You park near the restaurant and take the path right. There are a few rocks to climb but nothing too challenging. There’s good shade from the trees and clear water. Please DON’T COME HERE if you don’t plan to be nude.

Thong son bay is the perfect place to break down schemes about what is considered to be good or bad. You will feel yourself like an alien if you are wearing clothes! The place is reachable from Choeng mon beach. From there it can take you around 30 minutes, by bike just 5 minutes. Once you reach, you need to turn to your right and walk over the stony area til you go down. Usually you will find only foreigners ...in general terms the beach is beautiful. Moreover, you can't swim as the water is not deep and also you might find some stones ( many of them) in the way.

It's errrr... OK. And (apparently) the only naturist beach on the island. Quite a bit of plastic waste at the back of the beach and on the route there,.but not on the main sandy area fortunately. The beach slopes gently into the water but there are lots of rocks and stones underfoot which you cannot see as you go in, and which you can even graze as you swim. There about half a dozen people there (1500 on a Tue in April), all European. The car park by the cafe charges 80 Bhat to park a car and less for a bike but it's not enforced seemingly and anyway we had a sandwich in the cafe so parking was free.

It's really good that so many people have so much to complain about on this beach. This guarantees that not too many come to this beautiful place. And they shouldn't learn anything about the secret of the tidal range either.

Little beach. Not so dirt asi expected after visit the other beaches around. Only see weed. Very few people, we were no more than 8. You don't need to get here through the rocks. If you came from the left, there is an asphalt way up before the beach restaurant parking. You can leave your bike on the fence and there is a way down through the forest. It is not easy, but best way to get in.

We had the beach for us. You have to hike to get there. You can do it in flip flops or sandals. But it's worth it. You have an amazing view to Koh phangan and to the Sea.

Yes at low tide there are some rocks but you can still swim without a problem. There were a few naturists on the beach enjoying the sun... Not crowded and easy to get to over an easy rock climb..

Thongson Naturist Beach Barely 100 yards in length, this little spit of course white sand naturist sanctuary is surrounded by sharp rock outcroppings on both sides and seemingly impenetrable jungle to the south. The hidden beach faces north with commanding mountain tops of Koh Pha Ngan island towering over the sleepy channel of its sister island Koh Samui. On my late morning visit in early June the beach is quiet and deserted except for the occasional rolling chorus of insect chatter emanating from the mysterious tree line. But locals say the beach routinely crowds up during the busy season. If you’re coming from Chaweng Beach turn right on Tongsai rd off 4171 and right again on Soi Melati. Follow to the end where there’s a snack stand/restaurant in front of which, if you’re lucky, you’ll catch Mumy the mascot pig basking in the cool gulf water or taking a nap under one of the restaurant tables during the midday heat. Proceed along the concrete pathway to the right of the textile beach and restaurant and up a small incline and past a few bungalows. At the last one take the little trail to the left for a short scramble down to the beach. There are a few small shaded areas along the tree line but other than those it is pretty exposed. Once there, remove clothes and rejoice as the warm caressing breeze glides over your entire body, rejuvenating your naturist mind and spirit. Most likely the reason you’ve come.

Nice beach. Access requires walking down from the hill. First drive up on concrete road until fence. Around 10 meters before fence path starts from the left. Usually there are some motorbikes parked there. Sand beach is good and if you prefer shade and rocks to stay, that is also available

Unclear on how to get there - basically had to climb rocks on the sea.

Just a beautiful little beach overlooking the boot of Koh Phangan. Best accessed from the right side of Thongson Bay, follow concrete path and up steps leading to chalet on hill then a short walk over the rocks. It’s so easy. Water is a bit rocky near shoreline but so peaceful and quiet there 😊😊

Beautiful beach!! hidden, small and usually with little tide and people. There are many trails leading to the beach.

Read another review saying you could get to this secluded beach in flip flops, maybe if your a mountain goat wearing flip flops lol The beach is there even if no local has ever heard of it . Probably best idea is to ask the jet ski rental from the main beach to ferry you round for a cheeky 50tbh

Yes, it can be quiet and peaceful, especially in the morning. And indeed there is an evidence of humans visits namely leaving rubbish behind (unexplained to true naturists of course). There is no possibility of swimming whatever the tide, as there are just too many rocks in the water. If you care only for a sunbathing then come along from 8am till noon time.
