I have already suggested to Google Map to mark this place as permanently closed as well. STAY AWAY from this place and visit Bangkok where the price is cheaper and has more professional specialists if you need to. My teeth root was infected due to some unknown reasons. The dentist (who specialises in implantology if you look him up on Google, however I highly doubt his academic background is faked cause I couldn’t find him in UCLA website, while he claims he’s an assistant professor there) suggested I should remove the teeth straight away and implant because re-doing root canal treatment is “gambling” according to industry principles . He purposely provided some misleading information about the success rate of other treatment options I had so that I would prefer implantation. However I went to Bangkok and consulted an endodontist, who suggested implantation was absolutely not necessary for my case. The dentist here is indeed greedy and very unprofessional, and the price here is even more expensive than in Bangkok. They charge 6000baht for consultation fees even if you are just here for a teeth cleaning. Every single word I write here is from my own experience, if you are reading the reviews and thinking if you should visit this place, I would definitely recommend you to go to other clinics. Plus the reception person speaks terrible English and was not polite.Don’t expect her to understand your meaning correctly.

This dentist is deceptive, manipulative, and greedy. Beware. Don't let the spa-like setting and pretty music trick you into thinking it's safe. I paid a high price and got the worst dental experience I have ever had.

I had an implant + a crown installed at this clinic. The promised implant brand was Nobel, because it was what I requested. I already had that brand installed 10 years before by my dentist in my home country. I knew that this brand is trustworthy, and my dentist will be able to deal with it when I'm back home, just in case. Apart from the overpriced service, what I've got was: 1) Horrible smell after the installation of the implant and the crown due to the bad crown quality 2) When I visited my dentist back home, it turned out that the Thai doctor installed a no-name, cheap Chinese implant instead of Nobel. Because of this, I was stuck with my horrible breath since no clinic in the whole country had the key to unscrew the crown and replace it. Once again - the doctor did not install the brand which he promised (Nobel). 3) I didn't want to, but I had no options rather than returning back to this clinic for crown replacement. They tried to deny that they fooled me, but in the end, they provided me with a set of keys which I now can bring to my dentist, so that he will be able to unscrew it. No compensation, nor excuses were offered, whatsoever. My personal advice - stay away from this place.

Got my Invisalign from Bangkok, I had issue about a screw in my mouth, the Doctor here was so helpful and cares about the process, was in-fact way much better experience than in Bangkok, their receptionist is also another gem, helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My advise is always have a second opinion after visiting this place. It is well equipped, but the greediness of so-called doctor has no limit. After panoramic x-ray I was offered immediately tooth extraction and make an implant at the same time, because as doctor says there is a fracture on the root. (He also asked if I want to extract my wisdom teeth, despite they are totally healthy) But surprisingly after asking another doctor I trust many years I discovered there is no fracture at all, only an inflammation, and extraction is absolutely not what I need. When I said who told me about fracture my doctor roll up her eyes and answer "oh, I see". So think twice before you loose your tooth and your money.

I would recommend that no one should go to this dentist. I started treatment to get 2 implants the beginning of April and they said they will would email me the price which I didn't receive. They charged me nearly 200k฿ which is nearly 3 times the national averag but I only had the fixings and I then I went back to get the work finished and then they said that they wanted more.

Well many things to say but for sure nothing bad, just minor things for improvement. Other than this the crown was made super fast and site like it was always there. no issues so far, we will see later down the track (06/03/2020 treatment day). The dentist is spot on and shows high level of professionalism with equally skilled hands. I was not aware that the crown is actually made in their main office but the turn around with 24 hrs was mind blowing fast. Communication can be a bit challenging at times but this may comes from different languages or that they may go through their main office first their emails. Payment terms is always welcome in Bath and the invoice is presented a bit casual. The actual treatment was different to here in Australia where you can actual see the dentist work, they cover your face fully with a cloth which is a bit strange for me. To get to the point would I go their again 100% yes and I know they are not cheap but they deliver on their promises and in the end if I’m happy for 10 + I don’t think the few bucks more justify the remult. First of all, I would like to say that the dentist I saw was great. Since I was only there for a cleaning and whitening, I had the misfortune of being attended to by the technicians instead. The hygienist performed what turned out to be the bloodiest and most painful tooth cleaning I've had in my 46 years on earth. After the whitening, she dug into my gums with the tool while attempting to remove the caps. During this entire ordeal, the assistant who was obviously ill, was coughing nonstop the entire time. Horrible experience, I will never go back and I recommend everyone look elsewhere.

I come to Samui dental home clinic when dental treatment is needed. The staff speak English's well so there is no issue with communication for me. The service is nice and the dentist was professional and detailed, clearly explaining what is done and why. They provide a very good suggestion and treatment. I'm so happy with the result and the best service. I really appreciate it when you take care of me.

I am here on Koh Samui and realized it was time for my cleaning. The staff was kind, caring and did a great job for me with my cleaning, so much so that I also included teeth whitening services and am investigating Invisalign as well. Definitely a top notch team who communicated well, made sure I understood what the charges would be and took the time to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this office for your needs here on Koh Samui.

Had a check up and clean of my teeth (need a wisdom tooth out) The dentist did not do the work the dentist assistant who I can be quite sure aren’t qualified did the clean and polish hurting me throughout, well the dentist walked out.

I was getting the best possible care for my dental needs. I'd recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

I am struck in Thailand due to the pandemic and can not return back to Europe for my treatment , at the beginning I did not trust in Eastern medical and dental services , but after I received the excellent extensive dental work from Samui dental home , I would tell to all you guys ,this even better than my hometown (city), truly appreciate and happy with the fantastic result. I had motorbike accident and my front tooth was broken ,suddenly i contact my insurance and my dentist in Europe, and i had my teeth fixed with DENTAL HOME , which quite a lot of money however once i returned back to Europe to let my dentist to check, he said "if you want to have the same dental quality work as i got from DENTAL HOME and i have to paid nearly 4 times in Europe , i just realized that i should have all my dental issue fix in THAILAND with DENTAL HOME where i could receive the excellent quality with the reasonable price and cheaper than Europe compare with the same quality.
