Bad experience renting a bike here while in Koh Samui. The employees rushed my boyfriend to choose a bike. The bike was rubbish and we really struggled to go uphill with it. Wouldn’t recommend 👎🏽

Rented bike for 3 days, lights stopped working, got a new bike no discussion. Handed in the bike dirty from driving in the mud, and even got a refund for handing in the bike earlier than supposed to. Nice and helpful staff at the shop.

Rented a bike for a day (24hrs), the bike condition was great! Cost was 180 baht + 3000 baht as deposit(you can leave your passport as deposit alternatively). The bike when handed over to me already had fuel almost full. They give you a helmet but its basic. There are enough parking spots across Koh Samui. If you're staying at a hostel or hotel, they have dedicated parking available for their guests - you can check this with your hotel. Some crowded areas had a parking fee but my hotel Lub D was central in Chewing so I parked there. Before returning back the bike, I refuled the gas and gave(though it's not mandatory to do so). Overall I had a good experience.
