Due to the rudeness of the hotel director we didn't end up staying here. As we arrived and were informed which room with terrace was going to be ours (we were early so had to wait for check-in time), we asked if it was possible to change to another room that was more private as this one was right next to the reception area and restaurant, lacking privacy. The director made a fuss about this request, dismissed our concerns and said that we were being difficult, that we should be happy with the room available. He came across in a very agressive manner which made us feel very uncomfortable. There were no other rooms available so we agreed to stay in the dedicated one. The director then proceeded to complain about us in French to two other hotel guests, while stood right next to us, assuming we couldn't understand the language. We confronted him about this and cancelled our stay. He didn't apologise for his unprofessional and rude behaviour.

Nice place for relaxing time. Pool ia nice one. Airco could be more powerfull. Breakfast is not a large buffet but more then enough. We where not disappointed so can recommend this resort.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are lovely, new, and clean. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was better quality too. The unfortunate: Air Condioning is weak. We tried three rooms in a little over four hours. They have signs posted in every room to keep the temperature between 26-28 c. which is 79-82 f. It proceeds to say to walk around your room barefoot and in underwear for a comfortable experience. I should have taken a picture. We checked out and offered to pay a cleaning fee. This is when the front desk started to argue and try to guilt uz by lying about turning guests away. The resort was more than half empty. Withiut AC as a factor comfort and amenities solid 4 stars. We are from Texas which is warmer than Thailand, and I say 3 stars generous without climate control.

A bungalow resort with a nice layout, wich ensures the pool has warm and inviting water. The pool is deep and large enough for a good excercise swim. Next to the pool is a bar and restaurant with a large selection of tasty food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any order can be put on the room tab, very convenient. Cozy and clean bungalows complete with a stocked minibar.

Very poorly ventilated rooms. No windows, only one balcony to the terrace without an insect net. Rather dirty, poorly maintained. I don't write about the breakfast, because it's free and it looks like it anyway. Simple and cheap.

Very nice resort with friendly staff! Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The pool and the whole resort is relatively new. When we had any questions or problems the Rezeption was always able to help us.

Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area with a lot of palms around 🌴 Bungalows are small, but really nice. We loved the bike rent service and the 24-hour working swimming pool. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nice place to relax! The room was great and we enjoyed sitting on the porch with a drink. This hotel is off the beaten path, so we couldn't really walk anywhere. Just prepare to rent a scooter or take a taxi to get around.

Great spot with really good value/money ratio. Facilities are really good, and the receptionist/manager Jay was great. They have a restaurant where you can have a buffet breakfast and meals, but it's quite expensive. The only downside is that it is located far away from dowtown, so either if you are looking for some nightlife or shopping, will need to get a transfer/grab. They offer massages which are not expensive and good. Would recommend it!

This is the best cosy resort so far. It Peaceful, quiet and away from the busy noisy. The room is big enough but the outside seating is even better with an view to the big pool.

Very beautiful, newly made resort. Little far from the main area and the coast but the location is beautiful. Complementary Breakfast buffet was amazing as well. The only con was the air conditioning, didn't work at all even after being brand new. Felt like they were rigged to save electricity or it maybe voltage issue.

An oasis of calm. Clean, comfortable room. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Organised moped for me in minutes. Happy I came here.
