My only regret is not staying longer. The team at vanabelle is world class and made our stay here very memorable. My fiancé let them know it was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make my day special even decorating the room multiples times. Everyone is incredibly polite and quick to take your requests. What I loved about it was close proximity to airport and the beautiful beach. Additionally the food and breakfast was amazing. I also feel that the room was incredibly clean and the villa we had was just absolutely stunning. We also visited spa multiple times and had the best experiences. Although quite pricey this place really provides the value for your money.

Had an amazing stay here. The staff here are the pinnacle of what luxury hospitality should be. Everyone here, especially Nicki, our personal butler (yes, you actually get a butler!), were so accommodating and friendly. Their attention to detail was stellar. We definitely plan on making a trip back again. We will never forget their generosity during our stay. The best stay we’ve had at a Marriott, by far. My wife has celiac disease and they were super accommodating with that. To the Marriott leadership: this place was amazing and the staff is the perfect example of the type of service that can really elevate anyone’s stay.

I recently stayed at the Vana Belle and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made my stay extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring the island and taking in all the sights. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the butler (Nicki) who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and personalized service was truly exceptional. They anticipated my every need and made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I cannot recommend VB and their amazing staff enough!" 😄😄😄

Just an amazing resort! Butler service made the stay even more exceptional. Tik was just fantastic at everything, she did a job of a butler, order taker, concierge - everyone! Without her, the stay wouldn’t be the same. She made the stay memorable. The resort generally is maintained well, the only suggestion will be to change pool towels, they look too old and overused. Also, for F&B, it was great, especially breakfast options, however Panali Restaurant could have better quality and bigger variety. There are not that many options of healthy options like salads without heavy dressing, healthy appetisers and ect. Also, a suggestion will be to have fruit amenities instead of sweets upon arrival. Also, it would be great if suites could have a yoga mat for well-being purpose during the stay. Spa was exceptional too, however needed a booking very much in advance. Regretfully we managed to go only once during 6 days at the resort. Want to come back!

We stayed three nights at the Vana Belle and it is a great Hotel Complex, especially at Beach and pool area. The hotel is build quite nice into the nature and the beach is very nice to relax and swim. The food is delicious at the restaurants, highly recommend. Spa is also very good and also the gym. Big thanks to Dean and Max who made our stay awesome, both are at the pool Bar and restaurant. The cons are minimal. The pool villas missing a sun lie and look a little bit sad, maybe a plant or something would help. Also not ping pong (table tennis) table available

We stayed here for 6 nights in November 2023. The resort is rather small with 80 suites and villas, but this gives it a pleasant family feel and the character of a boutique hotel. Nevertheless, it offers all the amenities you would expect from a top-class 5-star hotel. The reception was extremely friendly. We had booked a Grand Suite with a sea view and the service includes a personal butler. Our butler, Ms. C., met us straight away and showed us to our suite. Throughout our stay, she was extremely competent and took care of organizing excursions, restaurant reservations, transfers, etc. Her friendly and helpful manner made this vacation a great experience for us. Breakfast is included as standard in the room rate and is very plentiful and varied. During our stay we visited both restaurants in the complex and the quality and service were excellent in both. The friendliness and competence of all the staff should be emphasized. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our time at Vana Belle. The staff on hand went above and beyond to make our time there feel special. Our Villa host Pum was amazing and so sweet to us. There were a few hiccups during our stay but the staff acted quickly to make things right. The crew at the pool was incredible too. Boat, Zen & Mr Dean all did a great job serving us while we enjoyed the pool and beach area. I can’t promise that everyone will have a perfect experience at Vana Belle but I am confident the staff there will do everything they can to make your stay a great one.

To say that this resort is amazing is an understatement. It truly is a special place. From the moment you walk on to the resort and they tell you about the history of the place in the middle of the himmpan (jungle) to their mascot with an elephant with the tail of a dolphin, to the hospitality of the staff and personal butler. Just truly spectacular. We stayed in Dec 2023 and since we were recently engaged our butler Song made it extra special. The buffet and à La Carter breakfast is amazing as are the cocktails at the bar. The beach is quite serene and private, away from the hustle of Chwaeng beach. The rooms are spacious and we had an ocean view room with a plunge pool. The sunrises and sunsets were truly spectacular. The experience is first class. Highly recommended and would come back on return to Koh Samui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view was excellent. Would recommend the ocean view rooms. The resort is well maintained.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever been to Everything about it is great The staff are the best all over the place Out butler “C” gave us a wonderful experience. She was professional and friendly. She was a big part of this experience. The room was huge and totally private The breakfast buffet is international They offer all kinds of food and drinks The resort has an access to a private beach 🏝️ it is clean and quiet They offer rides back and forth from the resort to any place in the island 🏝️ We had a wonderful time Highly recommended 🏖️ 🏊‍♂️ 🍲

This hotel is incredible (I want to rate 6 out of 5 stars!) - beautifully built and maintained - service is exceptional - food is fresh, delicious and extremely well presented - spa is top class (at reasonable price!) My 4 nights stay at Vana Belle is absolutely one of the best vacations! Not only me, my two kids at 11 and 13 as well as my husband just enjoyed so much. But I have to say, what actually makes it so good is each and every staff who works for this hotel. They are all enthusiastically professional, kind and patient! It is them who made our family holiday and the entire experience flawless! P.S. - wonderful starry sky when we went to the beach at night - we even saw fire flies at the beach! - super clear water and soft sand - buggy arrives in 1-2min wherever you are which can take you to wherever you want within the hotel

Wonderful resort. We enjoyed the scenic pool and easy access to the exclusive beach. The breakfast buffet was amazing with good Thai food as well as international options. We got a cold on our last couple days of the trip and the hotel manager was kind enough to let us check out late free of charge. Will definitely come back again.

If you are looking for a quiet location and a spectacular beach with the team going above and beyond to make your holiday a memorable one, then you need to stay at Vana Belle! We like our peace and quiet and having stayed at several resorts overtime, this place has to be the most outstanding beach with peace and quiet. The quality of guests / crowd is also decent. Loved the breakfast - the butter cake!!! and the on-order egg fried rice the chefs made for us. The chefs modified things to our requests with special orders as well - this was amazing. We had a few hiccups on day 1. And we must say the team rose to the occasion to make sure the rest of our 7 days at the resort were taken care of. Special thanks to Chika (assistant client services manager), who took our concerns seriously and went out of her way to care for us! Thanks to Patama (lobby / client services manager) for assisting Also thanks to the chefs, the waiting staff - Nan, Jan, Natthan (spelling?), Pep - to name a few ! The guys at Panali were great too! They have the best coconuts at this resort! The beach (how beautiful it is), the peace and quiet (away from the crowds / filtered tourists) and how much every one tries to make your holiday better means we will keep our options open to come back to Koh Samui and to this resort. What would make this place even better? Expanding the food menu a bit more + cuisines from other parts of the world Rooms could be a bit more practical, especially if you are booking a double bedroom - the side table is in between beds and hard to access to put stuff on. Also sound proofing could be a bit better.

The grand ocean view pool suite was incredible. The bed was so comfy and you can open the doors to the patio to watch the sunrise from bed. Pei Pei was our butler and she checked us into our flights and took care of all of our dining needs. The food at the breakfast buffet was great- especially the almond croissants. The beach is very clean and they have service buttons at the loungers to give you whatever you need.

An absolutely unforgettable experience. The attention to detail, the kindness, the thoughtfulness, the amount of times the staff went the extra mile, and the level of concern for our well being demonstrated when leaving the resort for a tour made for an excellent time. The room was tremendous. We probably didn’t have the best view of the ocean, due to the trees, but with the infinity pool that can with the room, it’s better than seeing other guests and feeling there was no privacy.

Vana belle has the best hotel service I’ve had so far. All the staff are kind, friendly, attentive. They provide a heart warming and personalized service here. We stayed at the basic jungle pool suite for 5 nights, the room is spacious and the private pool is always clean. Housekeeping is very thorough every single day. All the food we had here is good, the signature cocktails are all delicious. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Room 413 for 2 nights. The room was very comfortable. The view and the whole atmosphere was really relaxing. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dining on the beach. Most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time there.
