This is the best vegan restaurant i have ever been at. The place is super amazing and decorated with good style. You also have an amazing view. But let’s talk about the food. There are not enough words to describe the deliciousness of every dish. The dishes are very sophisticated in taste and presentation. Everything they cook and serve comes from the own little farm of the resort or shipped from Italy like the saffron! We had an amazing experience. If you’re lucky, you’ll find Stefano -the owner of the restaurant, who will take time and explain every dish with a lot of passion. I can’t wait to come back !!!!!

Halapua is a MUST do for any vegan on Koh Samui! The food is Sicily/Italian inspired and completely vegan. Not only is the food exquisite, the view/ambiente magnificent - the manager Phoebe aswell as the other employees are absolutely delightful. We had such a lovely chat with Phoebe. Thank you!! Oh and the house wine is also a must try - we chose the Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. It was very tasty. At any rate, even if you're not vegan, go and enjoy delicious vegan food and good drinks anyway! 😀 Tip: bring your bathing cloths 🌊😎 ♾️% recommended!

My first time in Koh Samui couldn't have been any better. The staff is super friendly and the acommodations are superb. Besides the pool, my favorite part was the restaurant. As a vegan, I was very happy to choose the only vegan restaurant in the island (yay!). The food and drinks were delicious! I'm very satisfied and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Amazing place to spend the day. We Went for lunch and didn’t expect to swim and enjoy the incredible view from the infinity pool for hours. Lovely vegan eats, good wine and amazing service 🐒🍍

The restaurant is situated on a hill, with tables arranged in besides an infinity pool overlooking the valley! The view of the restaurant is surreal! The restaurant usually has different chefs with a changing menu depending on the chef. The number of items in the menu were not many, but the food was great! I'm guessing the quality of the food will be different as and when the chef changes. Apart from the great vegan / vegetarian food you get here, the location of this restaurant is AMAZING! The staff was courteous and made our visit very very comfortable!

This place is quite amazing, it's perched right up in the mountain and has a beautiful swimming pool with a view. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and the food is absolutely delicious. I was amazed at the presentation of the cocktail I received I almost did not want to drink it because it looked so damn good! Hands down one of the best venues on the island I will go back again.

We ate at the halapua restaurant for breakfast. Beautiful view and tasty Vegan breakfast. Everything made fresh in house kitchen. It was 500 per person and they picked us up from our nearby hotel

Amazing place to see the eastern coast of Koh Samui. The service was very warm and prompt. They made us feel like guests at the hotel despite visiting just for lunch. The rotating set menu was a nice way to experience delicious vegan food. Having access to the pool and sun chairs made the experience even better. If you have some time to kill and want a relaxed vibe with amazing views. Check it out. The only note would be the food is slightly more pricy than what would expect elsewhere, but we were very happy to pay given the quality and access to amenities.

Nice food in a stunning location! We were there for lunch. The food was good and Phoebe was a great host. We then stopped for an hour to enjoy the pool. We can’t recommend this place more!

Stunning! This gem of a place is tucked away high up a mountain and has beautiful views and lovely decor. The food is so tasty and thoughtfully made. We went for a holiday special meal with our 3 kids (we are a vegan family) and Phoebe took such great care of us. The food is creative and made with intention - to be health supportive and tasty. Definitely add it to your list!

Beautiful location in the mountains. It’s worth visiting just for the view. We came for lunch here and it was delicious but not spectacular so only 4 starts

OMG Just sensational. The view is breathtaking, drinks and staff are fenomenal. Even if I am not a vegan I must say that the food is delicious and is definitely the n. 1 in the island. If you are planning to go to Samui, this is simply the place you want to stay at. It is the must of the hospitality.

it was a big and pleasant surprise. The restaurant's atmosphere reconnects us with nature and a state of relaxation and peace. The service is perfect, balancing courtesy and speed in serving waiters. The cuisine combines the freshness of food with simplicity and sophistication. It is an ideal place to forget about problems and feel part of the essence of nature.

Best Vegan restaurant in Koh Samui!!! Amazing menu! Lots to choose from! Wish we had found this place sooner! What an Iconic view that complete our day this is absolutely the most amazing vegan food in the island. They deserve good mark so I couldn't pass without leaving 5 star.

Wow. The Halapua restaurant at Kapuhala has it all. Great view, amazing food (all plant based), mixolgy roof top lounge and great staff. I stayed here over Christmas and was amazed at the level of service and quality of food. I started my plant based diet only 2 months ago, so am new to all these tastes and textures. The executive chef, Greg, was happy to chat about his creations between courses, when he had a minute to pop out of the kitchen. Day 1 Breakfast - Ultimate breakfast Burrito, a tortilla containing beans, tofu scramble, roasted potato tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and sauce. Very very yummy, but a little too much for even me! Dinner - Fromage frais appetiser, Portobello main, Mulled pear dessert. The portabello was my favorite of this meal. Perfect sized portions, which give you just a little more than you can conmfortably eat. Day 2 Breakfast - Hearty Skillet. Very similar to the burrito, but not quite so much of it and not in a tortilla. Served on a very hot plate. First thing I did when I got home was learn how to make tofu scramble! Dinner - Gochudang Daikon appetiser - Bok Choy mash, braised dakon, apple :) Who knew you could make apple spaghetti! Red Rambo main - beetroot, quinoa, pomegranite - whats not to love. One of the desserts was not avaiable tonight, but thats ok, because it was replaced with coconut cake :) Halapua has an extensive wine menu, a mixolgy (cocktail) menu, with all the classics, plus some very yummy new flavours, all beautifully presented. All the time spent on the rooftop, Tito, the F&B manager, was wandering around, chatting to clients, making sure they were well taken care of. Would I go again........? A definate yes. There is still the rest of the menu to sample!!
