Disappointing. The chicken doesn't have time to cook on the rotisserie, so they slice it off while it's raw and throw it on a grill, so much of it that it's cooking in liquid, basically being boiled. No browning or char, so the skin is undercooked and you end up with fatty pieces of it in the sandwich. It's also under seasoned and bland. The bread and sauce and other sandwich fillings were fine, I would have rather eaten that without the chicken. It was also 180 baht which is not cheap in Thailand. If they're going to charge that much for a sandwich they should deliver something of better quality. The falafel may be better, I can't say but I won't be back.

Good location. For me, any kebab or wrap is valued by the ingredients and amount of sauce applied. Here, ingredients were fresh and delicious but only a few drips of sauce made the whole thing dry and less tasty than it could be.

This was the best kebab wrap I’ve had in Thailand having been to Phuket, Bangkok, CM and Krabi! What made it even more special is upon getting my food, I realize I had NO MONEY! And there were no exchanges open. They did not mind at all! They said “please eat and sort it later!” THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND AND THAT EXTRA MILE. Thank you again for a great dinner! I will return and highly recommend!

Super good! I got the falafel pita. Mine was 180 baht with a drink. It is really good. Was craving something other than Thai because we have had Thai every day for the past 2 weeks haha

Get the hummus plate if you like hummus. Gave us a whole bowl of hummus and a pitta for £3. Then you can buy individual pittas for 20 baht. I’ve missed bread whilst travelling.

Only had one item in veg section, would like to see some more options. However the falafel wrap I tried was very very good.

Best street food vendors! Very clean and hygienic. The taste is excellent and they are open till 4am. The staff was very accommodating and friendly

Never thought I'd get a good Kebap here on Ko Samui, but the Chicken Kebap (in some sort of Pita wrap) was amaaazing! We came here twice already and will do more often!

Perfect falafel. I really enjoyed my wrap. I took the small one but it was totally perfect size for me. The ingredients were very fresh and I was pleasantly surprised that this place gets that a good wrap must have a good sauce!!! It is ESSENCE for a wrap to succeed. And this place offered various sauces which tasted really good, not cheap at all. I was pleasantly surprised, considering that the place looks very modest. Would order again and would recommend to others.

I order onces or twice a week the plate via food panda but this time the meat was a bit smelly, stinky and I got stomach pain after eating it. 200 Baht wasted... Most of the time everything was good until now. I will look for alternatives, I can't risk food poisoning.

I was craving something not Thai today and decided to try the falafel factory. Great tasting fresh falafel in a soft pita. Better than some I’ve had back in the states. It was so good I forgot to take a picture.

Ordered via Grab since our hotel food options were not that great. Falafel Factory helped to have a good lunch, highly recommend. 👍

Amazing Falafel!!! I got a mix between chicken and falafel but after trying the falafel i was sad i didn’t have it in every bite. SO GOOD!
