The hotel is beautiful. We were there for 8 nights, but ended up moving hotels after 5 nights due to the number of screaming kids in the pool. It would be good if there was a dedicated pool for adults only. I felt like I was in a public pool at home. Also, limited to no hot water in the shower and nowhere to sit outside next to the private pool. I did love the Al acarte breakfast menu, even though we moved hotels, we did come back for breakfast as it truly is amazing The staff were all very helpful and friendly

Hotel in a good location, clean, excellent service. We would be happy if there were shuttles to central places on the island. The breakfast is really good with lovely service. The hotel's pool is less to our liking, very isolated and not much sun. The hotel has a really nice private beach. Overall a great hotel

In my recent visit, my bf and I stayed here for 1 week. We booked the room with a private pool. A relaxing getaway from a city is always a tranquility. Beautiful hotel with 2 pools, gym, and a spa. We didn't enjoy the food as much as we hoped. The mango smoothie by the beach didn't scream Thailand! Also the rooms can use a bit of paint.

We really had a great stay at the SALA! Room was clean and well designed. Always enough beach beds when we were there. Nice TENT Restaurant regarding atmosphere but also breakfast and dinner selection. OK, drink prices a bit high.... Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Great stay! Thank you!

Lovely property, well maintained. Our room was nice although the private pool a little chilly and the floors are very slippery when wet. The bed was very comfortable and the view (second floor) terrific. Check in is cumbersome and too time-consuming, When coming for a very short weekend, it really makes a difference. Breakfast is good and the poolside and beach seating ample and comfortable. Will probably stay again.

The room was amazing and great value for money, especially as we received a free upgrade to a private pool room to celebrate our anniversary. The included breakfast was fantastic also! Perfect location and a brilliant hotel!

We loved this hotel ! We booked the garden private pool room and it was amazing. The breakfast was tasty. The pool in front of the ocean is full of families and kids so I would recommend going to the pool in the garden area if you seek a more quiet environment.

Where to start? This hotel is like living in heaven. I got the package offer for 3 nights including the breakfast with 3 days in their spa for different treatments every day😍 Great location by the Chaweng beach 🏖 Great and lovely staff! My room was with garden view and I loved it. So nice and neat. The Spa offers an amazing different treatments and I love the products they use. Linda was so good who was my therapist for my treatments for the 3 days. The breakfast buffet was beyond delicious with an international opinions ( they have vegemite 😍😁). My favourite dishes were smashed avo and the Banana bread ❤️❤️❤️ On the second day I got a complementary healthy lunch which was part of the package and it was super clean and delicious. I enjoyed the beach activity that the hotel offers for free. Like really what else you can ask for your holidays ❤️❤️ And on top of all the architects of the hotel is beyond, every detail of it during the day or night time is exquisite!! Thank you guys so much for everything! I will see soon for more peaceful holidays break with you❤️

Really excellent and beautiful hotel. Lively but not too much if you are looking for somewhere to relax. Very kind staff. Location is perfect walking distance from sea bathing and city party. Would come back if I could!

Clean modern and warm rooms. If you book the beach front private pool , you get a small pool where you can order the floating breakfast. Friendly staff but the housekeeping is not 24 hours so get what you need before late night. Plenty of taxis outside and a family mart right on the property. They project movies on a large screen right on the beach at night. And have a great restaurant and bar setup if you just want to relax close to your room. Nice and quiet beach. The sand is world class.

Great resort experience, we were warmly welcomed and checking in was a breeze. The room was superb. 2 areas for improvement though. 1 consider the doorbell to be placed nearer to the balcony so guests at the plunge pool can still hear if someone rings the bell. 2 more halal meat option for breakfast please. Thank you.

I had a great time in this resort, and I felt like the luxury of this place is above and beyond. I will start with the three strengths that Sala has, and I will include some minor weaknesses to consider as well: 1. The hotel is stunning. The public decor, ambiance, and its beach create a perfect experience. 2. The service is above and beyond. The people are super nice and super helpful. Sometimes, it's hard to communicate a bit, but they are all so attentive. I want to note that the service by the beach staff and the reception staff was especially kind. 3. The rooms are beautiful. From the super comfy bed to the bath, the robes, the pillows, and even the cleaning service, all just wonderful. After all the praise, there are still few weaknesses that I think need to be taken into account when deciding if to stay here: 1. The food is just alright. Although the food is fresh, the flavors do not align with the local flavor nor the western flavors. The breakfast's selection is not wide enough, in my opinion, especially if you are looking for healthy stuff. I ate in the Sexy Fish (the hotel's restaurant), the pad grapaw, a tuna tartar, and curry, which all taste fine, but for this price point, I don't believe they delivered. 2. The location may be considered not great to some. The hotel is located at the end of the chaweng beach, and in order to enjoy the vibrant street, there is a 15-minute walk. So on the one hand you get some silence which is precious on this beach, however you are not close to anything else. I found it as a strength, as I came to relax and pamper myself, but others might feel like they are far from the nightlife or the massages. 3. The prices of the hotel's offering are steep. Everything that was not already included in the room price is very expensive in comparison to what you can get in other local businesses. A nice lunch on the beach would cost around 60 dollars, a spa treatment around 100 dollars, and so on. I guess it might be the issue for every resort you go, as you can't expect an upscale place like this to be in the midrange price point.

    - Totally worth our stay. We spent a few days in one of the oceanfront rooms including a pool on the balcony. My sister stayed in a room with garden view. - Service is exceptional. Everyday the staff brought you a cold tea to your room and replenished the water. You mainly communicated with the staff with the SALA app. - It is very convenient to order anything to your room like breakfast, smoothie, drinks, food, etc. - Gym has good variety for a hotel gym. We did not experience the SPA though. - The pictures from the hotel are 100% accurate. - You have direct access to the ocean. Some staff even cleaned the beach. - One downside was that the warm water in the shower took about a minute to be warm and that you can hear the noise from the street if a big car passes by the hotel. - location was wonderful. Not too close to the city center of Chaweng with all the parties but also not too far. We walked about 5-10 minutes and are in the city. - it is one of the pricier hotels of the island.

I LOVED my experience here. The beach is beautiful, and clean. The rooms look like they do on Instagram. The restaurant has great food and it's plated beautifully. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good! The staff is very courteous and friendly and were helpful! I had a great stay for 4 nights and 5 days. I also walked to some great shops like Paper Bird, which had beautiful dresses, beachwear, and robes.

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms, very clean. Huge and soft towels. Looks exactly like in the pictures. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked rooms in the garden part of the hotel, and was such a wise decision. This is the quiet part. The beach side was full with families. The things we didn't enjoy were: We were assigned to the dining room on the garden part, didn't function good! Lack of products and slow service, real slow. Second: there was a barbecue evening, it was a huge disappointment! Cost like 10 dinners in the city and not worth a baht. Third: next time, adults only resort. Its not really a resort when you are surrendered with sooooo many children and families.

I've travelled a fair but but this has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at (and I used to work in hospitality). Everything from the aesthetics/décor/architecture, location, friendly service, house keeping and the daily gifts were such a nice touch including the complimentary birthday cake, afternoon tea and access to the spa to shower before my long haul flight. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - a big shout out to the chef(s)! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope to be back one day...

Beautiful resort - we had a rooftop pool balcony room. Honestly- the room is quite small considering the cost. Breakfast was pretty good. Not great. Unless you love Bloody Mary's because there was a Bloody Mary station. Beach was lovely - quite clean. Beach loungers were claimed pretty early - we didn't leave our towels and other random belongings on our chairs if we were going further than the ocean but many did. A short walk to lots of places to eat - we loved Preggo and Onion 2. We also had a great night at Divas Caberet!

This place is just incredible. An amazing hotel, amazing facilities, location is perfect, the staff are exceptional - never had such a warm welcome at any of the venues I've ever stayed at before. We spent 2 weeks in Thailand travelling and this venue was our favourite!

I think you should highlight your spa services. They are excellent. Last time I stayed at your hotel, I was not aware of them at all and went to receive a message in other places. Also maybe extend the room service time, and added adapted dishes for children.

Beautiful place and big spacious room with big pool. Excellent services from the staffs and were very helpful especially the 2 door men at the pick up area. Variety of food for breakfast can be improved at the garden side but the dine in room option was fantastic. We were able to have our breakfast in room complimentary, this helped us speed up our prep for an early outing with a toddler.

The resort is very close to the airport and supermarket. I love the atmosphere, beach, design, the white room, halal food, the floating breakfast and of course the everyday night healthy drink. It was an excellent experience in Koh Samui but didn’t exceed my expectations as what the resort did with one of the blogger. It was my first time in Thailand and I expected more comparing to the other resorts I visited such as a welcoming note in my room, upgrade, discount.. etc. My room garden pool villa no 69 was so good, but my sister room really need a maintenance. Also, our departure flight was in the early morning, I expected to get a snack box for the airport as this is something obvious but I requested.

Despite the below. We really enjoyed our stay here. Room exteriors in the courtyard areas including decking need to be refreshed (garden room). The coating on decking is peeling and leads to an unsavoury experience. On the room in the sea facing, the white paint above the pool needs to be refreshed. The metal is exposed and rusted. Not a great look. Pool decking also need some maintenance, some screws loose and probably needs some new coat protection. All staff were wonderful during the stay and the service was excellent though! Spa staff were also fantastic! Really skilled and professional!

Spend 2 nights at Family & Friends Suite, it was private and comfortable. All staffs are very friendly with full of service mind. The food is good. The resort is very beautiful, you can take nice photos everywhere.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The architecture, the service, room with a private pool. All the amenities you’d want coupled with a gorgeous aesthetic just steps away from Chaweng’s bustling night life. Highly recommended.

Another branch of Sala and to be honest very chill and nice... Beach is clean and calm to swim. Very friendly staff. We booked for a week and extended for more as it was amazing. The room that we’ve got had a private pool and it’s worth the price. Nice Design for influencers to take pictures.

Absolutely loved it here. Stayed in the oceanfront pool suite and the experience was impeccable. The room was neat, ultra spacious and so pleasant to just chillax and sleep in. Nice private pool, although I feel the outdoor space could do a little more. The food was excellent as well as the views over Chaweng beach. Staff were professional and friendly, and respectful of social distancing. For me this resort definitely makes it one of the must-try for Samui's stylish accommodations.

An absolutely phenomenal 5 star experience. Very rarely do resorts feel so well run and flawlessly executed, everything was fantastic to the T. The food was outstanding, in the most gorgeous location, breakfast was always perfect. The staff really make the place. We visited with our toddler who fell in love with all of the wait staff, they really make it so friendly and fun. Our rooms were kept spotless by the brilliant cleaners. Will definitely come back again, even in rainy season it was a good time.

Stunning hotel with super stylish furniture. Wonderful hotel beach and pool bar. Service at dinner weren't present very often and some vegetarian basic dishes weren't available few times. In total we were satisfied and relaxed after our stay

Beautiful place. We stayed in an oceanfront balcony pool suite. The room was very well designed although it could be a little bigger. The a la carte breakfast was very good especially the smashed avocado. Service is decent but definitely could improve compared to other 5 star hotels in Thailand.

Wow. The best beach Hotel I‘ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot in all price ranges. got an ocean view suite on ground level in August 21 during covid times when the beach was almost abandoned and whole Chaweng looked like right after the Zombie Apocalypse. The staff is amazingly friendly, attentive and fun. I felt like I‘m party of the family. And the room was breathtakingly amazing. Very modern design and bright but still cozy and comfortable. Even with a private pool. Breakfast was delicious and food and drinks at the bar and restaurants where also very good. A bit pricey, but for this kind of place it‘s totally okay. Erwin the manager was also always available for a nice chat and took care of the guests. The only downside is that the hotel‘s location is not at the nicest part at the beach. But hey! Everything else more than makes up for it. Love the place and would come back anytime, even paying the regular non covid rate for this amazing room!

Lovely hotel, staff are very nice especially at the breakfast and beachtent!!!Food is so good at the restaurant. We had sea view such a great way to wake up every morning😁 and you did not have to fight for sun beds like some other big 5 star hotel, they had enough for everybody. We will be going back for sure.

👍 Eye-catching is food taste more than anything else! Very soothing ambient, with jazz background music. 👍👍 Very tasty food. Felt like a genuine Thai experience. The portions are very generous. The omlette looks like it's made from 8-10 eggs. Ridiculously huge. Oyster sauce was very good.
