Great service. Called the company because it was a rainy day and we wanted a car. Literally 2 hours later a car was brought to our hotel at no cost. Same story 4 days later when they picked it up from the hotel. Also the car was in good shape! Would certainly rent again from these guys!

Not reliable company, you may StayWithoutCar/bike. In my situation it was a bike. I checked availability on their website (I did it about 7-10 days before my arrival on Samui), picked a bike and the dates I needed it and booked, after that they send an email with pending status and information that manager will contact me in next 24hrs. Well no one contacted me, so the day before my arrival I chased them on WhatsApp and telegram with the question if they have a bike for me. Their reply was pathetic: If no one contacted you this means we don't have a bike - they replied. What a miserable customer service. Be aware, don't trust availability on their website - it is useless. 🤡🤡🤡🤡

Truly an amazing car rental service in Thailand. We spent two weeks with my wife in Samui and just came back to NYC. The price for the car was a pleasant surprise and the most important you get a really good rental car. You have a big selection of cars and motor bikes and they are clean and new. To get everything done was a quick process and honestly no second guessing if we are getting the best price. Recommend 100% for anyone who travels to Samui.

Wonderful experience! Quick and easy online booking, new clean cars, reasonable prices. We contacted the owner online and booked the car before arrival, they dropped the car to our house on time and supported us through the whole vacation. Return was a breeze as well. They also do airport transfers and excursions throughout the island. Definitely will rent with them again

That is the best car rental company in Samui. I rented Toyota Fortuner and that car was in the great condition. The service is also very good, cause the car could be delivered everywhere on the island and if you have some problems or questions - you can always call and ask for support.

The price are great, communication is top, they have a good choice of bike and they have extra services you can't find anywhere such a delivery, pick up where you want and most important for traveler Flexibility if you want to extend your rental and you don't need to give away your passport as a deposit! We rested in Thailand, in Samui. Walking is not very convenient as well as public transport or cycling; you need to travel long distances. And I really wanted to appreciate all the beauty and recreation. I found a car rental, there were no problems with the documents, the whole procedure was no more than half an hour. I advise everyone to travel by car is a pleasure, do not save on this.
