Pretty nice location and the rooms are clean. But they are banging the worst music throughout the whole day which makes it impossible to sleep, relax, swim or simply have a conversation. AVOID at all costs

Just can't describe my experience in words... Dear Team Privilege, you deserve a million star rating for saving my trip. Special thanks to Nu, Goong and Pia. I lost my Go Pro in the sea water while Kayaking, it had all the memories of the trip. You all went that extra mile to bring the smile on my face. I would be grateful to you forever. Rooms - Top Notch Service - Top Notch View - Top Notch Amenities - Top Notch Cleanliness - Top Notch Breakfast - Wonderful spread Just worth every penny spent. They arranged Day trip to Ang Thong National Park. It was superb. They also arranged cab service to the Ferry Pier. The staff at the front office is really nice and welcoming. This hotel is highly recommended. Will always be my preferred choice in Samui.

Fix Your issues with warm/cold water or inform the customers about the issues before check in. This is basics in hotel industry! Hotel may have nice pool, but if there is no water pressure or hot water in my “VIP” room, then the rating can not be more than 1 star.

This is more of a youth hostel rather than a hotel and for sure not 4 stars. Definitely not for families or couples seeking for romantic vacation They have blasting music through out hotel till late at night Lobby and bar are tiny and claustrophobic Breakfast is in a low class restaurant across the street Had worst shower without steady hot water stream

Overall,A really great hotel.Its got all you need and the service was excellent.They also have free snacks prepared for you and drinks.Its was one of the best hotel I seen.

Due to flight timings we needed to spend one night in Koh Samui after leaving Koh Tao. We had stayed in Bhoput for a week before heading to Koh Tao so knew the area and wanted to stay there again. The Privilege was available and the price seemed unbelievably good. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, checked in quickly and shown to our rooms. We were also asked if we wanted a packaged breakfast as we were checking out before the restaurant opened. The rooms are small, but they have everything required. The beds are comfortable with crisp linen. The bathroom is well stocked, and the power of the shower was by far the best we experienced in Thailand (the rainshower head could do with descaling though). The TV even had english football on several channels! What elevates the room is the view. We looked directly over the elongated pool onto the sea. At night with the led lighting details it was quite simply mesmeric. And the pool is just fabulous. For the money it is hard to imagine a better hotel. And a special mention to the staff who were all uniformly excellent.

We came twice in this hotel and we thank "POP", he is very nice, helpful, smiling and very professional. Every day we had small attentions, happy hours every day and quality cocktails! thank you very much to the staff of PRIVILEGE Samui !!

Location, pool and stuff are good. Room has issues with shower, low pressure and cold/warm change while you shower. It was the same in 4 rooms we took. 😔. The breakfast you get from hotel is also poor, I can recommend just going across the street where can find an amazing restaurant named Green Leaf where we have had amazing breakfast and dinner couple of times during our stay. Highly recommend 🍹

Not the liveliest resort but close to a couple of bars and fisherman's village which is worth a visit.Also very convenient for ferry to most of the nearby islands.I would recommend a visit to Koh Tao and Koh Nangyang snorkeling.Takes approx an hour and a quarter to get there on the speed boats.Hotel more than happy to arrange trips,taxis and scooter hire for you

A perfect place to stay in Samui, with amazing service, pool, and good staff We checked out early morning from here, around 5.00am still they managed to provide us complete breakfast box.

This hotel is located in Bo Put so it is a lively place to stay. The music was cranking until 10pm although there was no one around the pool or bar to "enjoy" it. The bed was super plush and the AC worked very well. The WIFI is smoking fast if you need that like I do.

Have stayed here 4x now By far my favourite place to stay in Thailand! Comfortable and very affordable! The staff are amazing and a special thank you to Gift and the manger Fern! I just I’ll be back asap!!! :) -Ash Burke

We had a lovely time here thanks to great staff, especially since we arrived on an early flight and were accommodated so well while we waited for a room to be ready. The pool is great and remains open well into the evening, which is a nice change from many other resorts. The room had a smart TV and we got water, a coke, and a bag of crisps for free with the room each day (idk if this was just the poolside rooms or all of them). Breakfast is across a busy road, so not ideal but it was perfectly nice when we got there. Again, the staff were lovely and eggs and coffees are made to order in addition to the standard buffet.

the best bed so far in thailand rooms are fine but unfortunately it is a bit outdated at the pool and it is not kept clean the pool bar is out of order and breakfast is in a restaurant opposite the hotel unfortunately everything is full of ants here in the hotel they offered to call a taxi that was driven by themselves 200 baht for 400 meters because they indicated that it was incorrect on google maps and it was a lot further to the pier the driver took 28 seconds

Bang on the Bangrak beach. Brilliant view. Cordial staff and decently priced. Very close to piers from where ferries leave for Koh Phangan.

We like it here, but than they Call for a Halloween Party. Everyday somebody asked if you already book the bbq. So when we Book it was a Snack but expensive like a hole Family lunch! They should be a Party with DJ an so one… nothing of this happend. When we told the staff we got one Cocktail to make us happy, one for two people and 1400 Thb! Bad experience

The hotel is in a very luxurious location: from here everywhere is close and very beautiful side of the beach. During these periods the price is a bit high but the comfort of the hotel covers it. I definitely recommend spending the night here at least in transit _ this is a very modern hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend. Be sure to come back with friends. Good bye

I had a terrific 4 night stay! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern with a very comfy bed. Good food, good service, and attention to detail. Nice location on the island. This place is beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at The Privilege Hotel. Staff made us feel like old friends who came to town to visit. Breakfast is good. The swimming pool is long good for laps and available anytime. They have a pool table open for use. They brought treats to our room every night before bedtime. Very clean staff is diligent. When we'd return to our room it was clean and smelled clean. Bathrooms are modern and nice. Thanks to our new friends at The Privilege Hotel. We will stay again!

The front desk staffs are not friendly. They need to URGENTLY change their attitudes and behaviours to their “customers”. I used to stay at The Privilege hotel year ago and returned to this hotel because of the location and the beach. Anyway I don’t think I want to waste anymore money with this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 night.the room was very nice and clean every day you had 2drinks and 2 snacks and in the evening we had dessert as well, staff are good and nice people, breakfast a bit bored same every day 😅 but good test (recommended to change per day) view and pool 🏊‍♀️ is clean looking to see more stuff on the sea side I recommended to stay

Nice hotel next to the beech, good beach club vibe. Hotel rooms were lean and nice. Don't have anything to complain about really except for the pool är being closed. Nearly a 5 star in my opinion. Would stay here again!
