Jack and his team are amazing as usual! I order not the first time bouquets. You can always call in and choose a ready-made bouquet or ask for it to be made to order, according to your wishes and competent advice on the flowers themselves and their combination with Jack. The salon is open from early morning until late. The last time I collected a bouquet to order for my wife's birthday, it turned out to be a magnificent large bouquet of exotic flowers. To make the bouquet more colorful, flowers were brought from Bangkok during the day. This is great! When I picked up my bouquet, I could not resist and bought another one. I ordered orchids for my mom. I haven't moved to Samui yet, but she did a couple of months ago.... and she did it to be near me! I wanted her to know how special she was on Mother's Day. I found this shop online, read the review and decided to give it a try. SO GLAD THAT I DID! First of all, the website is flawless. Easy to order and I paid with paypal. I typed out a message and they printed it on one of those flat floral cards. They asked me the time to deliver- 830am on a Sunday. They were there by then. Perfection. Mom was so excited. She loved them. My mother was the president of the Rose Society back in Virginia, she cultivates gorgeous gardens and she knows her flowers- she loved these. The bouquet was so big that she was able to put it into three smaller vases and put them around the house. She also had to tell me about the delivery driver- she said he was the sweetest thing ever and she loved him. She felt terrible that she didn't give him a tip because she was caught off guard. But he was certainly worthy of a good tip and praise. I will be using this site in the future. It feels so good to know who you can trust.

I was really unsatisfied ordering flowers here. When you pay 6000 for a bouquet you expect and want everything to be done good! At first manager doesn’t know English on the level to communicate good. Secondly I couldn’t understand why didn’t he send me photos of flowers and card before the delivery. He made a card as it was for kids, even though the bouquet was for a girl. And I also sent him text with big letters, he wrote small instead and my name started small letter too. But I saw that he made and effort, so just because of this I gave 3 stars, not less

Excellent service from Flowers by Jack! I ordered the purple orchids in a vase as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law who has recently moved to Koh Samui. They were delivered on the date and at the time I specified and they were absolutely beautiful. My daughter-in-law was thrilled. Communication throughout was fantastic. I had a problem with the payment section of the website but Jack fixed it and let me know when I could try again. Prompt delivery, great communication and fabulous flowers ... I would highly recommend Flowers by Jack and I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Flowers in very high quality, the bouquet was built with very good taste! The service is extraordinary Jack was very patient chatting with me over the flowers decision, sending me photos of the options. The delivery is quick and reliable and the price is fair!

The flowers delivered were beautiful and stayed fresh for days, but I really wanted to call out how professionally Jack handled a mix up with the delivery date and took good care of me with no problems. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve recently made a purchase of flowers for my girlfriend and had the best experience. The flowers were gorgeous and she loved them. Appreciated that they kept me updated by email on the delivery and reached out to me even when had small issue getting to her but they were able to figure it out and flowers got delivered. Having PayPal option for payment made things so much easier for as I live in the US. Highly recommend. Super satisfied
