Absolutely terrible service, I’ve been waiting over an hour with an appointment and still have yet to see the doctor. Staff are rude to foreigners, prioritize locals leaving everyone else to wait. Won’t ever return here!!

I get a infection on my foot, it was so painful I finally decided to go to see a doctor. I went to Samui home clinic and they made a great great job. I get daily appointment to clean my wounds. All the staff and the doctor made a really super good job. 5 stars service, fair price. It would probably costs x 10 in a private hospital. They also provide medical certificate for driving licence and visas for really fair price (TH 100-150.-) Check-up and blood tests. I highly recommand them.

Very irresponsible place. I had PCR test yesterday and they promised to deliver the test result by yesterday night. I tried to contact them through their official social media and call. And there was no way to reach them. They are not replying to email, call, whatsapp. The person who replies on Facebook did nothing but messaging the clinic staff & doctor. I finally got my result the next day at around 9:20 a.m. It was frustrating because they just delivered the result late without any prior notice or apology.

The Bangrak clinic from doctor to nurses are really professional with reasonable price unbeatable in Samui.

Went after getting a fire skipping rope burn Staff were incredibly friendly and supportive as they cleaned my foot . A day later they spotted a sign of infection and gave me antibiotics and re dressed my foot and expert advice . My foot was swollen , purple and raw . I could not believe how quick it healed after being here and their help and am incredibly grateful to have found this place 2 days of treatment , iv antibiotcs , 7 days of tablets. And multiple silver dressing only cost me £80. They cared about my welfare and not making money . Even giving me and my friend bite cream for free as they looked sore Recommend for any backpackers or travellers for quality care !

Went there just for the ATK test that costed 400 bahts. The clinic was quite busy even during lunch break. The nurses spoke fluent English, friendly and helpful. The whole process including documentation took about 30 minutes to complete.

I took my daughter here as she had an ear infection. This is an extremely professional and efficient clinic. We made the booking online and even though it was quite busy, we were not waiting long. The Doctor was very thorough and provided us with the antibiotics needed. My daughter felt an improvement within a day. I highly recommend this clinic.

In and out in less than 15min! Walked in on a busy Sunday with no appointment, they asked for a piece of ID and brief description of symptoms. The doctor called me in within 10min, saw my issue and was very articulate in english to explain what was going on and how we would treat it, then asked me to wait in the reception again. 2 minutes later they had all the medicine I would need with very clear instructions in english on the packaging. The total bill was 475 baht ($15). This little clinic puts North America to shame 🤣

Never had service like at Samui Home clinic… We were seen even though they were fully booked. My daughter has cerebral palsy and had fallen over and grazed her leg & knee !!! We were taken straight in her wounds were cleaned, seen by a doctor all within 15-20 minutes . Excellent service, quick efficient , spotless clinic. Highly recommend and not expensive

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRAVEL COVID TEST. We paid 4,500 baht for my partner and I to get an antigen test with medical certificate with 4 hour turnaround. We had an international flight booked 24 hours afterwards. They never returned this to me. I reached out all day via message, WhatsApp, calls, etc and no help. We missed our flight as a result. Super unprofessional and unable to contact the doctor. This place is a joke. Do not go here if you need any documentation or are relying on results. Called the number for emergencies and the doctor was frantic and said she would call back and I did not hear for 8 hours, ridiculous. Report finally sent through 20 hours later which was literally no help after missing my flight.

Such a fantastic clinic. Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and staff have excellent English skills. The staff is so friendly and professional. You really feel like you’re in good hands.

This is the absolute best place if you are looking for incredible care on Koh Samui! I am a solo female traveler and I fell off of my motorbike (classic) and had some serious abrasions on my thighs and elbows that got infected. When I arrived to the clinic I immediately felt so well cared for. I had to visit each day for a bit to get my bandages changed and they always made the process as easy and comfortable as it could be!! The appointment process online is such a breeze, the doctor is so kind and does exceptional work. My wounds healed so well once I visited this clinic and I couldn't have done it without them! So thankful for you!

Highly recommended for foreign travelers. Doctor is very kind and speaks perfect English. I came in with a bad tonsil infection and she gave me everything I needed to treat the problem. Very caring and very affordable. Book online and skip a long wait time. Thank you again for the care.

Firstly as always i go on the iternet and diagnose myself,then proceed to go in and tell the doctor whats wrong. She just laughs and in perfect english tells me i dont have to have my foot amputated ive just got a nasty case of gout. To any new resident or traveller this should be your first port of call,dont go near any of the the rip off hospitals unless she advises you too,clean,quick an straight to the the point all in perfect english,in fact im going to give her/them 6 stars for the service as well Thankyou to the samui home clinic team

Staff are friendly and understand English well, facilities are clean and modern. Wait times were short and medication can be provided on site. Prices were also very reasonable, 250 THB to see the doctor who was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I came with a rush, me and my 4 months old daughter. The doctor said rush might be caused by bug bites and said he needs to check blood for viruses. My blood is ok, however they took blood from my newborn too, causing huge stress for the baby. I was shocked when it turned out they were checking us … for Dengue. I never had fever or anything, Idk why this test. We had to pay 4000 bath( 116$)because dengue tests are pricey. the worst medical tratment expirience on Samui so far for me.

They are very professional and well trained. I was looking at the 1 ⭐️ reviews out of interest. They mostly complain about having to wait to be seen 😶 Urm, they prioritize in case of emergencies. I’ve been going to this clinic for years, it the best!

Great clinic. I was here for a 8 day treatment every day for wound cleaning as I had a little wound on my foot which turned into a huge infection. Very clean clinic, good and competent doctors and staff, also very friendly. Treat them with respect as they are there to help you. I felt safe all the time and my wound got better and better. I had stitches removed here after having melanoma. The staff was nice and friendly. The proces are reasonable. It’s a busy place so sometimes you need to wait a bit.

Fantastic clinic. We booked online for full health checkups. The doctor and nurses were so nice and helpful and the whole process was extremely quick considering how busy they were.

I visited the clinic for a suspected UTI infection. When I got to the clinic I paid £30 for a test to confirm if or not there was an infection. They asked me to come back in an hour and a half for the results. When I came back I saw a doctor who confirmed that I did have the infection and recommended 3 days of an IV with antibiotics. I was going to the mainland the next day so asked for tablets instead (even though these take longer to work) and paid £7 for antibiotics, anti inflammatories and pain killers and the whole process took a couple of hours. Really thankful for such an easy experience and the great staff who helped me.

Husband and i weren't feeling great and we wanted just an overall blood work check to make sure we were good. Staff very helpful, knew English well and followed up with us quickly. Pricing very reasonable.

I do not advise to go to this clinic on serious problems. If you fell from a bike and you should clean wounds it’s ok. My wife have an ear infection. 5 days we make iv with antibiotics and it didn’t help. After 5 days staff decided to make a test. Every day we say that my wife had something in the ear but they say it’s ok. We need to wait. After 5 days we go to another clinic and doctor clean the ear carefully and well. I do not advise this clinic. Many employees is not able to put a iv well. Bad service and waste of money.

Staff is wonderful and prices are pretty reasonable. They offer a home service. We've tried their IV drip and would recommend.

Reasonably priced for great work. They’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a friend come here before and her recommendation was well deserved. They seem to be able to help with a variety of issues and ailments so you can get the help you need.

This clinic is very near to us which is great. We dropped in a couple times for a resident permit health check & the nurse was kind enough to tell us that they were very busy & to return later, totally fine with us. Next time I called, she told me when to come & everything was completed in a very efficient manner. Totally impressed. Especially during these holiday covid times when they are so busy. We've met 5 individuals there, all female, including a doctor & we're very impressed with the courteous & professional manner we've experienced. No problem returning when necessary. Nicely done 👏

I had a great experience at this Clinique. When you feel unwell you want to be taken seriously and with care and that’s how the staff took care of me. They literally saved my life twice .. Only people working there with a great heart for what they do .. First of all, they listen to what the patient says. They react at a super express rate and you get the blood result literally after 30 minutes .. Of course, while waiting for a blood test, you are under constant observation and someone is constantly taking care of you .. A very small doctor's office but .... has everything you need and even with a large crowd of patients everything is really arranged in such a way that you feel as if you were alone .. Awesome place ... I am a real man, so when I see a needle I faint 😂😂😂 Ladies nurses exceeded my greatest expectations ... I felt nothing a after all the treatments there was not even a sign .. As for me the world championship ... I will add that, of course, when leaving with specific drugs, I was also rented a portable Nebuliser ... The whole thing lasted a few hours, the bill was all-inclusive .. About £ 200❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love these people and I recommend this place with all my heart. Amazingly fast service, perfect technical English, wonderfully clean clinic and astoundingly inexpensive! We got two treatments, one for a large wound and one for an allergic eye inflammation, and prescriptions, all for just 1000 baht!

For travelers: good option for pre-departure covid tests. I had a test at 9am with results expected in 1-2 hours, but did not get them until 1:30pm. But if you call and tell them you need it asap they will help you. My flight was later that day so tell them context and they will help you.

I’m a medical physician and would never recommend this place to any of my patients. The doctor on staff isn’t knowledgeable and the nurses have a horrible bedside manner. As a medical professional, I highly highly recommend you look elsewhere for treatment on the island. Very poor expertise and staff. 0 stars.

I knew before going there that my fiancés had Denge fever! I took care of her for 3 days before finally going to this clinic! I explained to the staff and doctor who dealt with it and he told me very clearly what the diagnosis procedure would be and it basically consisted of a blood test! Blood was drawn and I received a phone call within 4 hours with the results! It WAS Denge Fever! They had already given me medication for her on our initial visit so just had to await the results! The next step was to get DAILY blood checks and if her white cell count went below 100 she would have to be admitted to the hospital for more aggressive procedures! The count went down on the next blood draw but then stabilized and eventually went up! We were Lucky! Before coming to Thailand a friend of mine’s girlfriend got Denge fever on Koh Phangan just days after arriving and she had to be returned to Canada! What a disappointment for them as they had planned on a 1 year travel holiday! She was hospitalized for over a month! Back to the clinic! GREAT customer service and professional staff at all levels from the doctors down to reception!

Cash grab. My wife and infant daughter came with rash. Doctor said it might be bed bugs, and for some reason decided to do blood test for Dengue (>1k thb pax), despite there were no other symptoms whatsoever. Didn't make any comments on regular blood test. >4k for literally nothing.

Lovely staff and fast friendly service. If you looking for reasonable price for any treatment, this place is definitely worth it in Koh Samui
