I strongly recommend Dentist Ms Grace to anyone who needs dental treatments. She has the First Class professionalism and her knowledge in dentistry is superb and commendable. The dental fees charge is also very reasonable.

Dr. Grace is one of my closest friends. Whether she admitted it or not, her dedication to improve patients' dental health and wellness is truly unmatched. Everyone knows Dr Grace is amazing at FLOSS, but today I had Dr Giew for a check/clean. He has perfect english, pleasant manner and super gentle. So if you need to book and Dr Grace is full, dont worry and take Dr Giew (male) another great dentist on Samui. No pain after his clean and scale - amazing! I was squeezed in when someone canceled and I feel so lucky! This was the best dental experience I ever had. 😁 The dentist was kind, informative and very helpful. She even dissuaded me from getting an expensive and unnecessary procedure. The office itself is very nice, clean & modern. They even have a tv on the ceiling for your viewing please during your appointment. Highly recommend!

Poor service. Someone already have written about problems with appointments’ time. And I confirm it. The can appoint at exact time, you come and they say “tomorrow” as usual.🤦🏼 Awful, typical thai-service. They pretend on the high quality service and even offer you slippers and water.. but it would be better they fix the problem with scheduling. I’d like to say something about treatment but we have visited this clinic 3 times.. 2 times they were just looking and determining the problem.. 3rd time they moved an appointment.. So, we have wasted long time but even didn’t get any procedures. Therefore I can’t yet comment a treatment quality.

Dr Grace simply the best! If a dental treatment hating/fearing person like me can sit still for an hours in a relatively relaxed fashion, that says much about her ability! Gentle with great explanatory chat about what she does, etc. Thanks Dr Grace, you are great (for a dentist, LOL)!

Dr Grace, is very professional and patient. My 7 year old needed a big filling with two injections, he was very very scared. Dr Grace was so patient with him and he didn't even notice when she did the injections because it was painless. Very impressive and very good value for money. Thank you Dr Grace 🙏

I have two experiences ( regular cleaning + zoom whitening) with Dr Grace at Floss dental clinic The staff: very friendly and big smile : receptionist remind me all appointments The clinic : modern style and bright , very clean The treatment room : well equipped Plus big tv on ceiling for patient ‘s entertainment The dental service : all treatments are done properly Well explained procedures and prices. Professional team Dr Grace : she is the most patient dentist I ever had , even I was there for regular cleaning ( I don’t think it money making procedure ) she spent a lot of time explaining my gum issues etc. I sent my husband for treatment. She immediately became his fav dentist.

My experience at Floss dental office has been truly enjoyable. While traveling in Southeast Asia, I encountered multiple dental problems, leading me to visit multiple different dentists. Without a doubt, this clinic is my favorite among them. ☺️

I’ve had plenty of dentists (Canada, US, Thailand) that were too rough, didn’t communicate or treated their patients like an assembly line. Dr. Grace came highly recommended by a trusted friend. From the first visit, Dr. Grace has been outstanding. The level of care and communication was wonderful as Dr. Grace took her time to answer my (many) questions and always made sure I felt comfortable.
