Noir is an excellent restaurant in the Hua Thanon area of Samui.  It's stylishly designed, which gives it a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is extensive, with Thai and western dishes.  Everything we had was beautifully presented and very tasty. The service is also very good. A really nice restaurant.

The steamed sea bass with chili lime sauce is incredible. Get it. And the fried prawns with tamarind sauce! To die for. Super clean too. Feels like it’s run by women who care. Their hand sanitizer also smells great, like plumeria.

Thai dishes slightly modified to suit the palate of a foreigner visiting the place without sacrificing authenticity, if you asked for it. Also, menu was in English and all dishes had pictures and descriptions for those who aren't familiar with Thai cuisine. Their coffee drinks were so good. I got an espresso with coconut water and we had had a lovely iced mocha. It had a beautiful Bistro atmosphere (garden, lots of plants, an air-conditioned interior that had a vibrant coffee smell) and it was just nice in general. We stumbled upon it while riding to Lamai beach and it was a good find. Prices are higher than the surrounding small restaurants. But it is located near the spa resorts area and therefore, much more reasonable priced and had a good variety compared to the resort restaurants.

Stylish café-restaurant-bakery. We had a very delicious lunch with various Thai-dishes. Very recommendable! Worth to be tasted.

Excellent service and I wanted to order everything that was on the menu , but when it comes to the food is not that great. I have ordered boiled egg but when I opened it it was full of water ... and then the scallop wasn't cooked properly so I passed on it . They got to improved theirs kitchen skills but it is close to be great !

It's a nice spot to have lunch/breakfast. Lovely interior. I had quesadilla with mushrooms and spinach and I really liked it. The juice shake was tasty and refreshing. WiFi is good for work but they lack sockets so be ready.

nice cafe opposite the temple, where there is a mummified monk and elephants, relatively new, polite staff, beautiful green area, no insects, boring large coconuts.

Loved the lunch we had here. They had a little something for everyone - salads, soups, sandwiches, and Thai food. The A/C was an awesome surprise.

The owner forgot to update the Google Maps that this particular location is temporary closed. The next one in 9km. D-disappointment. To drive 15km with the child and face a note that the location is closed without the note till when. We went to another one, there were no desserts other than icecream and Mango sticky rice for 160TB. Service is ok, huge location. Prices are very high.

Where did such a good rating come from? My wife and I had 3 meals and none were good. Everything was tasteless. I'm sorry, but I've had much better food in cheaper restaurants. But the service was fine.

Lovely set up. Very stylist. Love the owners, yet find the staff a little cool. Not warm . My Thai girlfriend even mentioned. Thought maybe ex pat language barrier.

The place is nice and the food is tasty, however the price is a bit high compared to the quality of the food. We ordered one Padthai but we got bean sprouts for 60% of the bowl instead of noodles

Came here for dinner. I enjoyed very good and fresh seafood and a great banana roti. Had a very nice Time, will come back with pleasure!

A very pleasant place, nice interior, friendly staff, delicious food. I can recommend Japanese oysters, green smoothy and Tom Yam :)

I found this place whilst in the middle of a little emergency situation. I got a tea and piece of their cheescake which tasted delicious! The waitress there made the piece of cake to look like an angry bird (pic attached). Overall I had the best experience in this place! 10/10
