Basically, everything is fine, but be prepared for the fact that if you return the car before the deadline in the contract, putting the rental workers in front of the fact, then more likely you will not be refunded. It happened to me, but I have no complaints. I returned the car a day in advance. Everything went politely, which is very pleasant. The car was in good shape, delivered on time, clean and fresh. The price was cheaper than most other car hire companies with no hidden costs and no worry about being unfairly charged after hire on your credit card. Easy communication for rental. I organized everything through WhatsApp. I flew in and they met me at the airport on time. The car was older but well maintained with no problems. I prefer older cars anyway. It also had an aftermarket backup camera and Bluetooth installed and they both worked great. I was able to drive all around the island and no problems going up some very steep hills. The return process was also super simple. I'd rent from them again.

The rental was wonderful. Nataly the person responsible for arranging our car was amazing and very kind. As we were 6 people (two families) we got the Mitsubishi Pajero. What a great car to have in Koh Samui!! We were able to get to any destination without any problems. The pick up and drop off was very convenient and quick. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Samui.

He gave us a terrible car with extremely loud noise when you drive it. The aircon stops working and it blows out black smoke. When I tried to exchange it, he said that I had to pay xyz for delivery (he originally said delivery was free) and exchange costs. If you are to rent off him, make sure you take it for a test drive first. Bad experience and I would not recommend this company.

They delivered the car when they said, the car ran great, they let us return the car later in the day than I would have expected, and they met us at the ferry to return the car to them. Super efficient and easy car rental service, they delivered to our villa and we dropped off at the airport. They even provided us with car seats for our twins, although not both isofix it was a great service. Highly recommend

Be careful of what you wish for. I had issues with the alternator slipping and showing the low battery warning light. The company claims it's from the rain storm. I live in Vancouver where it rains 9 months a year. I have never had issues with an alternator like this. I also had it for 2/3 days since I am catching an early flight, they did not let me have the 3rd day rent back (They make you pay in advance with the 10,000 baht deposit). Thirdly the Russian partner follows you around the island when you have the car (Yeah I saw you tall blond Russian guy, you're not inconspicuous).

Perfect service for renting the cars. They respond quickly on WhatsApp, car prices are cheaper than competitors. They deliver and pick up the car at a location convenient for you for free! While renting a car, we got a flat tire - the guys came to us 10 minutes later, took us to the nearest service center and helped us fix the tire. Very simple and reliable document processing. I highly recommend this service on Koh Samui.
