I think the esthetician needed more training. I did a facial and felt there's a lack of knowledge on the tools being used. She just kept pressing a bunch of buttons and hoping for the best. At some point, one of the tools she was using under my eyes was soooo hot, I thought I would have a burn mark. Another machine she claimed I should feel coldness has no temp change. Additionally, after a very expensive facial, I still had whiteheads on my nose and I didn't look hydrated and refreshed like I'm used to. Overall, the spa has a lot to offer but they need to train all the employees on the tools especially if you'll be charging such an high price

I visited the clinic for micro Botox to treat my rosacea. From the first contact to now the staff, especially Poey, have been amazing! So professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. This was my first time trying micro-Botox (I have suffered with rosacea for over 6 years) and they explained the procedure well and also offered me alternatives. They offered a cheaper option first rather than the more expensive one as if it didn’t work for me I hadn’t ‘wasted’ money - I really appreciate their honesty. I definitely feel an improvement in my skin, less redness and less pustules, and will be going back soon for the laser. I never felt pressured to spend spend spend as I have in other clinics and felt really looked after. I highly recommend this clinic!!

Very good place, especially considering we are in Samui. Usually I go to BKK or Phuket but for my next treatments I will give this clinic a chance. My first treatment was very high quality.

Realy bad Clinic!! I am very unhappy and angry about this clinic. My wish was not understood and the result is horrible. I let make hyaluron Filler into my lips because I wanted their shape to be balanced and to have volume in the lower lip with an angelina jolie line. Nothing from that is happen! Even days after the swelling, the result was very ugly and the volume was not there. The clinic wanted to excuse itself and wasn't willing to give me my money back. that would have been the fairest way but they didnt.

Today was my first visit to this beautiful clinic and I was treated to the VIP facial. It was the most wonderful experience .. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the facial was absolutely 5star. I booked another treatment before leaving and cannot wait to come back for it.
