    I've been going here since September last year. At first, I took lessons 4 times a month, but now I have changed to lessons once a day ^_^ I can feel the changes in my body every time I take lessons, and after the lesson, the instructor is very polite when I ask questions about forms that I don't understand. Please guide me. The instructors are all wonderful people, so I'm really glad I chose this studio.

    I started Pilates and it's so much fun! I thought it would be difficult to get a reservation, but since I am on the waiting list and have to move up, I can definitely get a reservation! It's easy to go because it relieves fatigue and the instructors kindly teach you. I want to keep going because I can see changes in my body!

    It's been over a year since I switched from yoga to Pilates. I can continue without any difficulty! I could feel my body becoming more toned within half a year! The staff are also kind. It's okay even if it's your first time, as we will do our best to teach you!

    Lessons range from mild to hard, and you can choose according to your level. There is also a course where you can train in a pinpoint manner, which is also attractive. The movement is accompanied by music for about an hour, but it's over in no time, leaving you feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. The facility is very beautiful and clean. Also, the instructors are all good, which increases motivation. Highly recommended for those who want to train efficiently!

    I've just started attending, but I'm really enjoying every lesson! The facility is very clean, the teachers are all kind, and the lessons are fun. My main goal is to improve my posture, and after taking the lessons, my lower back arches have improved every time, and I feel like my stomach has gotten better. All the teachers have very beautiful styles, so I'm looking forward to seeing my body change as I continue to attend!

    地址不好找,提前很久预约的体验课,因为地址和邮编不在同一个地方耽误了时间告诉我们不能体验,约的一点半开始,一点二十五到的,还怪我们搜的不对,说是说明要十几分钟所以不能体验了,里面老师态度也不好,表情痛苦,身材也不好,苦大仇深,体验感很差!

    I've been attending for three months now, and one of the reasons I continue is that I can go at my own pace within a reasonable range. Also, I can train for an hour while listening to music, and moving my body clears my mind, which is a great way to refresh my days! All the instructors are bright and always give me energy ^^

    I used to find it difficult to exercise, but since I started coming here, I'm so addicted to it that I look forward to the next lesson! All the instructors are kind and make you feel very comfortable!

    Before trying it out, I thought Pilates using a machine would be complicated and difficult, but the instructor taught me very carefully, so I enjoyed it. I would like to visit regularly from now on and feel the changes in my body.
