いつも金曜日のお昼頃利用させていただいてました。いつも不快に思っていた店員がいますが、その店員本日私のレジを担当しました。上から目線な言い方、スタバのイメージを崩す対応で本日はいつも以上にとても腹が立ちました。その店員は本日デニム風のシャツにスタバのエプロン。パーマがかったショートヘアの女性。他の店員さんはとても親切なので利用させていただいていましたが今後もう利用したくないと思った程、私何かしました？と腹が立ちました。

If you have time or are sightseeing, I personally recommend walking a little further and going to the umie MOSAIC store, where you can see the sea view typical of Kobe.

I visited for breakfast The men's restroom smells really bad. The sink was full of trash and the air towels were covered in brown stains so I didn't feel like using them. It was the worst restaurant I have ever visited. It's a shame because the cooked bread was just as delicious as other shops.

Very friendly, very helpful and kind staff. Always a pleasant atmosphere and big smiles greet you when you arrive before making your order. The barristas are good to, balancing the espresso shots well and building body with the steam foamed milk for a great cappuccino. The other Starbucks drinks are equally well made and all served with kindness and smiles. Great place to chill and relax, though also provides a wonderful place to work from a laptop with its light and airy atmosphere. Highly recommended. この店の店員は優しくて親切です。店員さん達はいつもオーダーの前に大きな笑顔をします。ここで本当に楽に、ノートパソコンで仕事ができます。雰囲気が素晴らしい。絶対ここはオススメ！

たまに行く店舗です。 味はいたって普通のスタバ。 平日でもよく混んでます。 客が使った席を、ちゃんと清掃していてよかったです。 どこの店舗でもそうですが、盛り付け下手な人必ずいますよね。 楽しみにしてるのにもらった時ガッカリしますよね。 この店舗にもいるので☆マイナス1にしてます。

思ったより席数があって ホッとしました。(三宮こくさい)よりたくさんあります。外も寒くなくゆっくりできました。外席はumie入口の玉の流れるオブジェを上から見ることができます。穴場かも。。落ち着くわ〜ᰔᩚ ᥫᩣ

とにかくドリンク貰うまで20分待たされる。 まずレジが遅過ぎて列が常に店の外まで続いてる。注文してからもドリンク受け取るまでまた長い。 しかもドリンク完成したと思ったらスタッフルームに渡してる。おそらく休憩時間のスタッフのドリンクを先に作ってた模様。 いやいや、お客さん15人はドリンク待ってんだからそっち先だろ。 この店舗には絶対に行かない。 某遊園地のアトラクション並ぶ感覚が丁度いいと思います。
