いつも、お世話になっている医院です。 院長先生は、物腰が柔らかく、とても優しい女医先生です。 こちらのお話しも、きちんと最後まで聞いて下さり、いつも的確な診断と、アドバイスをして頂けます。 また、私自身のことだけではなく、家族や両親のことまで気にかけて頂き、本当に愛情深い先生で、いつも感謝しております。 とても信頼できる先生であり、また同じ女性としても、すごく尊敬させて頂いてます。 また、子供(幼児)の具合が悪くなった時には、小児科医としても働いておられる若先生が御担当して下さり、終始、子供目線で、優しく、わかりやすい言葉をかけて下さりながら、丁寧に診察をして頂きました。 病院嫌いな子供ですが、いつも若先生のお陰で、とても助かっています。 子供から大人、そして高齢者まで、家族みんなで、お世話になっている医院です…笑 受付さんも、看護師さんも、スタッフの皆さんは、気さくなかたばかりで、とてもお話ししやすいです。 色々と、クチコミに書かれておられるかたがいらっしゃるようですが、私には、気になるようなことも、イヤな気持ちになったことも全くありません。 院内も、古さを感じますが、きちんとお掃除が行き届いているようですし、感染対策もなされておられました。 逆に、なんだか懐かしさを感じるところもあり、暖かい雰囲気があって、私は意外と好きかもです…笑 新開地の安心できる、かかりつけ病院として、これからもずっと通い続けたいと思っています！

子供が病気になり、気付いたのが土曜日の午後。一般の病院は次の日も休みということで救急病院などを探しているときに、LINEでオンライン診察ができるというこちらの病院を偶然見つけました。 登録して予約をして時間になるのを待つだけ！(23時ごろの予約)簡単にできました。 診察時間になると先生から電話がかかってきて診察が始まりました。遅い時間にも関わらず、ご丁寧に診察していただけました。子供の診察ですが、時間も遅いので寝てても大丈夫ということでした。質問にも一つ一つ答えていただき、所要時間30分〜40分くらいだったと思います。薬も薬局が次の日休みだったので、とどくすり薬局(とどくすりは処方箋薬宅配・配達サービス)を紹介いただき、無事診察、薬も終わりました。 終了後もメールで何かあれば連絡してくださいと、いつでもメールで質問できる状態を作って下さり、とても心強かったです。返信が早いので、先生はいつ休憩されてるのか逆に心配になりました。 知らない病院でのオンライン診療最初は大丈夫だろうかという気持ちでしたが、こちらの病院は信頼できる良い先生、病院だと思います。ありがとうございました。
