This hot spring is located near JR Sumiyoshi Station, and can be reached on foot between JR and Hanshin Uozaki Station, but there is a Sumiyoshi Higashimachi bus stop in front of the hot spring, and there is a bus (route 39) that leaves from Hanshin Mikage Station (also passing in front of Hanshin Sumiyoshi Station). ) is easy. There is a parking lot, but it can be full around 3 o'clock on holidays. The bathing fee is about three times that of nearby Nada Onsen and Rokko Otomezuka Onsen. However, hand towels, bath towels, and room wear are included. There are many bathtubs, and we took a highly concentrated carbonated spring open-air bath (artificial) while watching TV, then took indoor baths in the order of low temperature (33.3℃), medium temperature (38.3℃), and high temperature (43.3℃). It's a natural hot spring (I think the brown water is authentic, with ingredients that give it a bath-like feel), and there aren't many people (it's empty), so it's nice to take a quiet and relaxing bath. Sometimes when I am alone in a large bathtub. The washing area here comes with facial cleansing foam, so you should bring your own shaver and brush (vending machines are available) (and there's also a Ziploc bag for rental towels, which is handy). Even when you want to leave the changing room and relax in the relaxing chairs with TVs attached to each seat, but the seats are full. Unfortunately, it's not that big, so there's a limit to the number of seats. After all, it's comfortable and it's hard to find a seat. There aren't many people wandering around wearing indoor clothes, but when it gets cold, I want to take a bath again before heading home.

I've been addicted to saunas lately, so I went to Koino Onsen Uhara no Yu, which is just a short walk south from JR Sumiyoshi. The good thing about this hot spring is that although it may be close to the station, the price and the number of places where you can relax are not good points. For adults, the price is 1,300 yen on Saturdays and Sundays, and a bath towel, bath towel, and face towel are included. The sauna is also spacious, and there are chairs to prepare after sauna. Many of the rooms are also spacious. However, since I visited at the end of the year, there were so many people that the sauna and bathrooms were overcrowded... In the sauna room, there were many people who were regulars and were talking in whispers, and because the salt sauna only had one door, it didn't get hot at all and it was hard to sweat. In the salt sauna, there was one special person and it was disgusting...I'm sorry for the emoji, but in many ways it was like standing there and saying 🐘🧂... I thought it was a great advantage to be able to relax in a reclining chair after taking a bath! ! There are quite a few reclining chairs, so I don't think you'll be unable to sit down, so I don't think you'll have any trouble taking a good bath and relaxing. Personally, I chose the name Koino Onsen, but it was really nice✨ There were a lot of students and families there, so it's a great place that's loved by the locals! !

The bath here is decent, but my favourite part is the salmon bowl at the restaurant inside. I haven’t had similar types of salmon anywhere else and it’s price is relatively low at 1200¥. The salmon is very thick cut as well as mixing very well with the roe and rice. At the fast food counter inside, the Hokkaido milkshake is also very delicious. I recommend going just for the amazing food here!

Good facilities, clean and in good order, never too crowded. Large variety of saunas, cold room, massage pools as well as places to eat and drink. All charged at the end, when how easy it is to add costly extras to your magnetic tag becomes apparent. A good experience.
