I used it for my wedding anniversary. As per the reviews, everyone was very polite and accommodating, and it was very comfortable. All of the Teppanyaki dishes were delicious and a feast for the eyes. The temperature of the hot spring in the room was not too hot, so I was able to relax my body slowly. What impressed me the most was the customer service of the woman, Ms. Uno, who never forgets to be considerate towards her customers until the very end. It was really great to be able to experience her customer service at the end of my trip.

Anyway, the atmosphere is good. It was great to see so many dandy people, and some in Japanese attire. The food was also good in appearance and taste.

All rooms are super suites, so it's much more compact than Arima Rikyu. Drinks are provided self-service in the spacious salon. The bath in the room was also a hot spring, so I was able to relax in my room. The charcoal-grilled dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was one of the best in XIV. You can walk to Rokko Terrace, but it's so foggy that you can't see anything.

This is my first time at XIV Rokko. The room is spacious, the bath is hot spring, and the people who serve customers are kind and quiet! I went home very satisfied.

The food is really delicious. The facilities are spacious and nice. The facilities feel like a Korean Ananti, but the food is even more delicious.

Everything is of high quality for a sanctuary. The staff, the food for dinner, the quality of the teppanyaki meat, and the skill of the grillers! The Japanese breakfast was also delicious. In other words, please use a more regular grade of white rice in the morning. The scenery here is amazing, and it snowed heavily for about 30 minutes while we arrived for dinner. The night view decorated in pure white was even more spectacular. I would like to thank the staff for transporting us from the lobby to the guest rooms on carts in the cold and snowy weather. When it comes to restaurants, the quality is second to none even in the Bay Court class.

Even without a public bath, the private space, the feeling of other guests, the service of the staff, the food, and the room are absolutely amazing ✨ The smell of the hot spring in the room is disappointing. It was a very comfortable hotel.
