Very good food. Friendly English speaking owner. Probably the best caesar salad in West Japan. Both table and counter seats are available, and the regulars at the counter are friendly. Good date spot. Definitely the best food close to Shin-Kobe Station.

Tucked down a small side street. Friendly and welcoming waitress. Tasty raspberry majito. Light meal required so we had a prosciutto pizza. Restaurant can only seat c20 people. Salad at neighbouring table looked very good

The Service was really friendly and courteous. We had the Kobe Steak (you have to be ready to pay the price) and the Cheeseburger. You cant do anything wrong with the Burger since it is really good. If you dare to order the Steak... Kobe definitly is the best meat in the world. Here I ordered the steak as the chef recommends it, so got it medium rare (good choice) without seasoning. The seasoning comes a part, so you can explore the meats flavor by yourself. Thanks!

Excellent dinner spot if you are staying at the crown plaza. The Kobe steak was amazing and the scallops and shrimp were also delicious. We were very pleased. Service is a little slow but that shouldn't deter you (it's a small place). Would come back if I'm in Kobe again.

My partner and I found this restaurant very close ie minutes from where we were staying ( ANA Crowne Plaza ) and we are glad we did. The restaurant has a nice relaxed vibe, helped by the friendliness of the staff and how delicious the food is and yes the Caesar salad is very very good.

This was one of the first restaurants which I visited in 2008 when I first arrived in Kobe as it was located close to Crown Plaza Hotel. The owner Hero San is still running this fine establishment and I was absolutely happy to see him after 7 years. Nailey’s serve one of the best Chicken Caesar Salads and Hot Apple Pie (with vanilla ice cream) - which is my all time favorite and the taste has not changed for the past 15 years. The menu also has an amazing selection of grilled dishes and a wide pasta selection. If you are new in town, get a seat at the bar counter and I am sure you will be able to make some new friends easily.

Very pleased with both service and food. I had the burger that was served with all the compliments. Downside was that the buttom bread was soggy laying in the broth but aside from that it was fine (although small... But you are used to this living in Japan)

This place was great. Owner and server were very friendly and I had the burger and clam chowder which were both good.

Chicken Caesar, Grilled Salmon, Onion Gratine Soup, Green Tea Ice Cream, Brownies . Those are my favourites. The place is cosy, service is great. I highly recommend this place if you visit Kobe for food..

This place is incredible and special.The food and service is always consistently excellent. The owner takes great pride in providing top notice food and service. I have been enjoying Nailey’s since 2008 and always, the food and service is excellent. In my opinion they have the best Cesar salad that Inhave ever come across and their pizza’s are exceptional. You can expect a warm welcome and can enjoy a quit, intimate evening if that is what you are looking for. Equally, it a a place to enjoy with friends too!

Very good Restaurant. Waiter was Well mannered and fluent in english. I had Kobe Beef medium rare in the Point.

Mojito was great. So was the brownie
