Very clean and organized. There was a huge delay for us being the first ship back, but it was still a decent process. The terminal has money exhange and tours to chose from. Very convenient to shuttles.

Easy access to town via port liner train...pro tip>>>>buy your return ticket upon your arrival!!! Only two ticket machines and if you are with the cruise ship departures..You will be slowed down buying your return ticket

Kobe port terminal does not have air conditioner and is very hot in the summer. The Diamond Princess operator was unorganized, and due to lack of English speaking workers, it makes things more confusing.

Great facilities good wifi and helpful staff.

Ery easy security and customs and they have a currency exchange. Go up 1 level to busses and cabs, go up 2 levels to the light rail. Bathrooms are quite nice and uncrowded. They limit the chachski sellers to one small part.

Nice view from both side (right and left side, just over the street), it is easily connected with the park and with port island. It is ok even for pedestrian. There is also free WiFi here (Kobe free WiFi) and sometimes you can assist at nice sponsoring.

Larger cruise ships usually dock here. A full port facility, with all usual services, and immediate access to the Port Liner monorail, only a few minutes to the Kobe city downtown area.

Unlimited access to wifi, you can stay and sit at the benches inside. Port is really clean.
