Very unpolite people, treat you as a dog, very unrespectful, I just arrive and ask for toilet and they told me to go away! Very disappointed! Don't go there guys/girls...

Very clean & convenient place to stay in central Kobe near stations, drinking, eating & entertainment district yet quiet. Segregated women’s floor with shared (but private stalls) showers, toilets & lockers. Everything very modern, clean & comfortable. Cubby room big enough to sit up & move around in easily. No locks on room door. Lots of plastic single-use amenities supplied in locker. Locker not big enough for large bags. No smoking, no food or drink other than water allowed in room. Refilled shampoo, body soap & conditioner good practice. Sometimes a little noisy for light sleepers as neighbors get in & out of rooms, locker room, etc. multilingual information & signage is user-friendly & international customers seem welcome.

If there's a Japanese staff there you might have to guess a bit what they try to tell you. Beside partially communication problem. I will say this place is almost perfect for quick stop and stay. However warning for girls.... All the girls will be using washroom at the same time, so might wanna wake up a bit early and use it so you won't have to line up....lol

Really enjoyed my stay here. There is a sign on the door leading to the capsules, asking people to please be quiet and mindful of the fact that people are sleeping. When people actually follow this, the entire place has a very soothing vibe. When they don't, it's pretty awful because the capsules don't have actual doors. More like screens. So you can hear everything! My first night it was great because everyone was respectful of the rules, but the second night people were walking around being noisy. So I kept waking up. So it's really hit or miss depending on the other people staying. But I still recommend staying here! The location is really great. It's about 3 blocks from the train station and 2 blocks from a laundromat. There are also a lot of restaurants about half a block away.

This place makes you leave the hotel between 10am - 3pm even if you aren't checking out
