    You can really lose weight! I've been going to the gym for about 3 years to keep my legs thin and healthy, but I couldn't get my legs to get thinner, so I decided to go to this gym. Even though I didn't lose weight at all in the 3 years I did it myself...I regret that I should have gone here sooner lol. The instruction is very thorough and easy to understand, and the gentle instruction without being harsh is the best. Now that my legs are thinner, I can confidently wear skinny jeans and miniskirts, so my range of fashion has expanded and I'm having a lot of fun every day. I think I found a really nice gym!

    I gained a lot of weight while working from home due to Corona, so I was looking for personal training. I want to go 3-4 times a week, but the gyms that come up when I search are 40,000 to 50,000 yen a month for 2 sessions a week (training time is 50-60 minutes per session), so I can't find a gym that meets my needs. Just when I couldn't find it, I came across IVY LIFE's advertisement! The unit price is much cheaper than other gyms even though I can go as much as I want on weekdays, which is what I wanted, so I actually go there every day!
