I
started
orthodontic
treatment
three
years
ago.
There
are
so
many
things
that
I
don't
agree
with,
and
even
if
I
want
to
discuss
things
with
them,
they
don't
listen
to
me,
and
they
just
force
my
opinion
on
me
one-sidedly.Even
though
I'm
paying
a
high
price,
there's
no
convincing
explanation,
and
I
just
can't
do
it.
It
was
one
point.
At
the
beginning
of
the
orthodontic
contract,
there
was
no
explanation
that
the
doctor
in
charge
would
change
during
the
course
of
the
contract,
and
one
year
after
the
orthodontic
treatment
started,
I
was
informed
that
the
doctor
in
charge
would
be
retiring.
There
were
many
times
when
I
felt
like
I
wasn't
passing
things
on
properly.
My
first
doctor
told
me
that
he
would
extract
my
lower
teeth
and
that
by
widening
them
I
would
be
able
to
adjust
my
bite
with
my
upper
teeth.However,
when
I
changed
doctors,
my
lower
teeth
did
not
widen.
Because
the
area
where
the
tooth
was
extracted
was
filled
in,
the
bite
did
not
fit
well
with
the
upper
part
of
the
tooth,
and
the
bite
still
remains
bad.
Also,
since
the
top
and
bottom
centers
are
not
aligned,
When
I
smile,
the
center
of
my
upper
teeth
is
shifted
considerably
to
the
right.
However,
when
I
spoke
to
him,
he
did
not
listen
to
me
properly
and
asked
me
to
speak
to
the
chairman,
who
treated
me
as
a
complainer
and
treated
me
coldly.
Also,
when
I
spoke
with
the
president,
he
suddenly
turned
to
the
subject
of
a
court
case,
and
there
was
no
explanation
that
was
sensitive
to
the
patient's
feelings,
and
he
said
that
he
did
not
understand
because
he
was
not
an
orthodontist
himself.
Even
when
I
talked
to
the
director,
who
is
not
a
specialist,
things
didn't
move
forward.
I
asked
him
to
come
up
with
a
compromise,
but
he
said
he
would
think
about
it.
When
I
went
to
the
dentist
the
next
month,
he
was
too
insistent
that
he
couldn't
follow
the
patient's
requests.
It
wasn't
even
a
compromise.
I
was
also
recommended
to
get
a
second
opinion,
and
I
went
to
about
3
second
opinions.
There,
too,
I
was
told
that
the
tooth
was
off-center,
so
there
was
no
way
it
could
be
completed.
So
I
told
my
current
Clear
Dentistry
that
I
was
going
to
again,
and
talked
with
the
doctor
in
charge,
but
he
told
me
that
since
he
couldn't
do
it,
I
would
have
to
ask
the
dentist
I
was
talking
about
and
let
him
know.
I
wanted
to
hear
more
details
about
why
a
compromise
proposal
was
not
submitted
to
the
chairman,
so
I
told
the
receptionist
that
I
would
like
to
call,
but
there
was
no
response,
and
after
three
weeks,
I
received
a
phone
call
and
sent
a
letter.
He
suddenly
asked
me
to
tell
him
his
address.
When
I
wrote
the
letter,
the
person
in
charge
of
the
phone
said
they
didn't
know,
and
even
when
I
asked
again
to
let
them
know
how
my
appointment
with
the
director
was
going,
I
received
no
response.
I'm
not
sure
if
I
can
truly
say
I'm
really
caring
for
the
patients,
but
I'm
really
dissatisfied
with
the
unilateral
decision.
I
would
like
to
have
a
constructive
discussion
and
move
forward.
Since
it's
about
your
teeth
for
life,
I've
been
to
many
places
to
gather
information.
So
even
though
I
told
him
what
I
had
heard
many
times,
he
told
me
that
he
couldn't
do
it
and
asked
me
to
tell
someone
else.
Since
I
won't
get
my
money
back,
I
would
like
to
at
least
come
up
with
a
compromise
plan
and
move
forward.
