Picked up this new Specialized Turbo Vado 5 SL and gear and I couldn't be happier with the bike AND the excellent service at this shop. The owner and his team went way above and beyond what I would have expected. Such excellent service that they have won in me, a client for life! The staff really accommodated my limited Japanese skills and walked me through all my questions as a first time bike purchase and what I was looking for.
