前回(宿泊初日)一度書きましたが、1週間宿泊した感想を再度書き込みます。
◆良かった点(私にとっての重要度順)
①立地が良い。地下鉄駅まで徒歩5分。JRまで10分。中華街まで10分。
②無料wifiが快適。多くのホテルは速度が遅いが、動画以外は問題なく見れた。
③浴槽とシャワーが分かれている。
④各ベッドに2AのUSB口と、コンセントが付いてる。
⑤新しい。今だけかも知れないが開業3ヶ月なので部屋が綺麗。
◆悪かった点(私にとっての重要度順)
①空調の効きが悪い。温度設定最低の19度風量最大にしても未明まで部屋が暑かった。
②ランドリーが少ない。ホテル全体で3つだけ。部屋でランドリーの利用状況が分かるため、終わる時間に合わせて行っても同じ事を考えている人が多く先を越されてしまう。10回程リトライして1回洗濯できたが、終了予定が26時過ぎなので次の人のために未明に取りに来なくては。フロントに確認したら徒歩15分程度のコインランドリーを案内された。入れに行くのに往復30分+取りに行くのに往復30分掛けるか、洗濯乾燥時間の2〜3時間を待つか。【注意】100円硬貨しか使用出来ないのに両替機は設置されてない。
③乾燥は期待薄。洗濯乾燥した前の方がまだ湿ってると嘆いてた。再度乾燥させたくても待ってる人が多いので諦めた模様。電気乾燥機だから仕方が無い?ガス乾燥機なら完全に乾くよ。近くに大阪ガスがあるのにと思ってしまった。
④朝食バイキングが狭い。さらに動線が悪く渋滞が起きていた。主動線沿いに座ると通る人が椅子などにぶつかり落ち着かない。奥の数席がオススメ。
⑤部屋が離れていた。家族旅行で申し込んだのに別々の階の部屋だった。今まで何十泊として来たがいつも隣の部屋だったので驚いた。今後は予約時に隣接部屋を指定する必要がある。まぁ、フロントのスキルが低いのだと思う。
⑥チェックインに時間が掛かった。5人分のルームキーと朝食バイキングチケット作成で20分ロビーで待たされた。フロントは2人と、チェックイン機械が数台あったのでチェックインが集中しなければ何とかなるのかも?
⑦些細な事ではあるがホテル提携駐車場が無い。ビルの駐車場は一晩止めると3000円。フロントで徒歩5分程度の駐車場を案内された。そこは18〜8時迄400円。日中は15分220円。
