三宮駅、センター街、中華街にアクセスが良く 室内も清潔で良かった。　遊びに行って一週間滞在したが　子供を連れて3人で泊まっていたが 毎日タオルが2人分しかなく　ディスポーザブルスリッパは一枚もなくなっていたので　室内にタオルとスリッパを3枚頼むメモを置いておいたら　しっかり準備してくれた。しかしながらコップも洗ってないなど　清掃について徹底した基準を作った方が良いと感じた。 コインランドリーもあるが　ドラム3台なので 毎日取り合いになる感じだった。出来れば昔ながらの洗濯と乾燥機に分けてくれないと　一人に2時間程度かかると　コインランドリーの時間に左右されて　せっかくの旅行が楽しめない。 とても良い建物だったが　改善点はありそうだった。　客室にはマッサージチェアがあって 良かった。また隣の部屋の音もしないので 夜は静かに眠れた。
