This place is awesome, its good as a part of a tour around the city, its not hard to get there, also its not expensive. You can just walk there and enjoy the views, or if you have kids they can go play in the playgroup, the playground there is good, it can hold the kids for about 2 hours, they will enjoy it. Hope it was helpful.

Interesting piece of wooden architecture. Worth walking over from the gondola to see the view.

The viewing platform in Koblenz is an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the city. Offering a stunning panoramic view of the River Rhein and Mosel, as well as the Deutsches Eck, the platform is a true marvel of modern engineering and design. The platform is located on a hill overlooking the river, and its triangular shape provides an unobstructed view of the surrounding area. From the platform, you can see the river winding its way through the city, with its many bridges and boats adding to the scenic beauty. You can also see the famous Deutsches Eck, where the Mosel river meets the Rhein river, and the towering statue of Emperor Wilhelm I that stands at its center. The design of the platform is both modern and functional, with plenty of space for visitors to take in the stunning view. The platform is also well-maintained. The only Missing things would bei seating and information boards that provide interesting facts and history about the area. Overall, the viewing platform in Koblenz is a true gem and one of the highlights of any visit to the city. Whether you're a nature lover or a history buff, the awesome view and unique design of this platform are sure to leave you amazed and inspired.

Well designed, Morden, children-friendly. Good view. But a bit far from the deutsches eck. The best photo spot for it is the viewing point inside the fortress

One of the best spots to look at the beautiful Mosel River. We walked from Burg Eltz to Kreis Treden, and this view platform was somewhere near KT. The walk took us around 2 hours and the view we got was totally worth the walk.

Power of wood and the best place to see this area... Come alone and be open to meet someone or something new 😉

Free- shaded on a hot day with a lovely view over a bend of the river and the fork of the Rhine and Mosel Rivers. Only problem was 5 minute walk across the bare treeless plain to get there. But feels much better value than the E7 forced entry to the old ramparts- wef didn’t pay- but Namur citadel was free and much more impressive than that fenced off nasty tourist trap.

Fantastic views from the platform, and the cable car was well worth it too to get there.

Great view of the Koblenz valley can be had from here. But to capture that iconic picture of the Deutsches Eck with the confluence head inside the Fortress.

A beautiful view, especially during the summer sunsets. It’s the perfect place to go if you want to see all of Koblenz all at once. It’s also wheelchair friendly, but there are also stairs if you want to go through the fast way. Whatever way you choose, it’s a wonderful place.
