Stayed here with my mom during the tail end of some traveling during Winter Break. A very upscale German dining experience on the first floor for breakfast and dinner, a super comfy room with a spacious shower, comfy beds, big windows overlooking the river, and a fitness center made this a comfy place to relax for three nights. While I’m not an enormous fan of the city itself, I certainly can recommend Fährhaus Koblenz if you’re aiming to spoil yourself for a couple nights.

We stopped here on our way to the Rhine and arrived in horrible weather. The river view is unbelievable and the restaurant is great and has plenty of covered outdoor or indoor seating with panoramic views in any weather. Breakfast was really delicious. The floor to ceiling windows in our room allowed us to just watch the rain over the river. The bathroom was particularly well laid out. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our visit. I'd come back anytime

We spent two nights at the Fährhaus and it was great. Nice rooms, great staff, food and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, right on the Mosel with a balcony view of the river during breakfast and evening cocktails. We were in town just to tour around Koblenz so I cannot say much about the spa services except that if that is your thing then this is probably the place to go as the offers are extensive. Big bonus is the pool on the top floor with a blakony and it is open until midnight. A+ and we would love to come again and enjoyed every aspect of our visit.

Gorgeous location coupled with beautiful rooms would have been enough. Throw in the incredible restaurant on site coupled with an aperitif on the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. Absolutely stunning, can’t wait to return.

Definitively one of the top hotels in the area. Great, spacious rooms, good service and a good restaurant (great breakfast, great dinner). The wifi worked well too.

Amazing place with great food and a relaxing spa area. Despite some surprisingly early unannounced window cleaning and some hiccups with service in their restaurant we had a very enjoyable stay and would visit again.

+Staff is very friendly and helpful +The hotels ambiente is very new and modern. +Sauna and Spa area is very decent however the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures +Free parking -Breakfast is a bit expensive for 20€ per person/ day compared to the offering. -Location is not great since it is outside the city area and walking takes you 30-45 Min. Without a car you are a little stuck in the area. Since it is outside the city area it is also hard to find restaurants if you care to eat outside the hotel. There are some but depending how long you stay you might not want to go to the same two restaurants only within walking distance.

Great views, service and food.

This hotel was amazing. The room we booked was a suite, so consider that. The room had a very modern layout, and, the decor was terrific. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room was very comfortable, and a great place to relax. However, the reason I didn't rate it five stars was because of the food. For breakfast, they didn't have a lot of stuff. Omelettes, fruit, cereal, meat, cheese, bread, tea, coffee, and the juice was all I saw. And the in-room dining was far worse. They only had a couple of things to choose from, and most of the items included meat. (As a vegetarian, this was an issue.) (I'm not rating it four stars solely on this reason.) However, I must say, their dessert was exceptional. We had the Lemon Creme Brulee, and it was terrific. I strongly recommend this hotel if you're stopping over at Koblenz. However, one massive issue was the location. This hotel is far away from the city center, and since there is no Uber in Koblenz. The only two ways to get around quickly are to rent a car or book a hotel taxi. This is a big issue if you want to go to the city center during your trip continually.

Good hotel but rating 1 ⭐️ for lack of customer service/sensitivity. We booked for 2 nights via an agency but decided to stay for 1 night. On reaching the hotel on the 2nd night, we were told the change never reached the hotel (things happen!) and that we should speak to the 3rd party vendor. We did (still hopeful as the staff was very nice!) The 3rd party vendor wrote to the hotel to confirm we stayed 1 night & requested a refund/voucher. The hotel refused any consideration since the money was in their pockets already. In the end, we paid for 2 nights, stayed 1 and hotel couldn’t do anything. We liked the hotel but are unlikely to come back or recommend due to the sour experience. Our life time customer value for Fährhaus = €0 Not a great way to deal with and retain guests.

I visited the Fährhaus for one night during a business stay and it was an excellent experience. Clean, relaxed atmosphere, nice spa & gym, good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Recommended.

Great hotel but quite expensive for what it is. The rooms are a decent size and nicely put together, very welcoming to people with a disabilities. Mini bar is very expensive. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant for dinner is amazing.
