Good beds. Nice, quiet location and nice terrace. Good restaurant. Though the service from most male employees is very crappy. The manager was walking around being cranky all the time. He bluntly wanted to send away guests because their credit card didn't work, without giving them the opportunity to check with their bank first. They forgot to enable their new credit card and after enabling it they could book, but no sorry whatsoever. I received a wrong order from the restaurant, but got the question of In wanted to keep it. I did because I wanted some food after the long trip and I already cut the meat. They charged me the extra costs afterwards. After notifying them they still let me pay the extra. 4 Star hotel? No!! The service from the woman was good though.

Nice hotel situated on the outskirts of Koblenz. You can reach the town with a bus driving each hour, otherwise you can reach it quite easily since you don't have to drive through the city traffic to get there. Calm surroundings. The room was very clean and the price was okay, though the walls were a bit thin so could hear your neighbours quite clearly. The restaurant is very nice and has quite tasty food. The spa area is small but clean and quite nice, with a steam sauna, a normal sauna and a relaxing area with some reclining chairs. I didn't try out the breakfast (I'm not a good eater at morning so the 10 bucks are wiser spent somewhere else) but there is a nice café 5 minutes away where you can get a nice breakfast for 4 €.

Clean, male manager I would assume was extremely rude, and unhelpful. We booked online for family of 4 - with the children not needing a bed. When we arrived they only had it for two adults. They than told me they sorted it out for two doubles - I asked if it was a bigger room she said yes- for us to check in and find it was two separate rooms. When we tried to than cancel the manager was soooo rude. And blamed me for not understanding its two single beds in two separate rooms & he refused to let us cancel or pay a cancellation fee and get out of the reservation. It was completely unreasonable & terrible service!!!!!! For a family - or more than two people I would highly recommend anywhere else in town !!!!!

Booked on Friday for Sunday night, booked over the phone, didn’t receive a confirmation. Cancelled on Saturday because plans had changed. They debited my credit card and refused to recognise that they didn’t show me their cancellation policy. Typical German ... this are the rules and that’s it. No understanding at all! BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGISING..

Nice rooms, staff is super friendly but the internet in some rooms is bad. In some rooms I didn’t even have signal for 4G.

We had a smaller room, no a/c, but the hotel was very nice and had a great example of German breakfast. Found plenty of restaurants in this town on the Mosel river

Fantastic customer service. Friendly and very accommodating to the guest. The sauna and steam bath was so nice and relaxing.

The staff was friendly and the soup (served as an appetizer) was delicious, the main dishes were okay.

The rooms were small and that's perfectly fine. The bin in the room were not empty when we got there and had quite a lot of trash from the guest before us. And the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that won't stay closed and you can't lock it. And one of the duvet covers had stains. We reserved a table in the restaurant and the food was quite OK, except for the fish. We were however really disappointed when we couldn't get dessert and coffee since they were closing. A proper restaurant would st least ask their guests before closing.

My Sisters and me spent 4 Nights and we enjoyed both the excellent Service ( wellness area as well as the Food Service) and the extremes delicious Food (Even expensive Mehls/ Food was often served). 100 % recommended.

Another repeat visit. Excellent food as usual and staff very friendly and helpful, though some newer staff were very nervous and need to relax and senior management seemed less focused on guests than previously. Some staff struggling with communication too. Disappointed we were refused a jug of tap water (for which we would happily have paid) as it is far better for the environment that bottled water (which was overpriced).
